拼装波纹涵管施工工艺衡水益通金属制品有限责任公司技术质检部 2010年3月12日拼装波纹管涵施工工艺一、拼装涵管概况拼装波纹涵管是由多片波形板片用螺栓拼接而成，具有板片薄，重量轻，便于运输存放，施工工艺简单，现场安装方便，解决北方寒冷地区对桥梁和管涵的结构破坏问题，组装快速，工期短等优点。进行纵向连接成型。连接螺栓采用M20 ，8.8级高强度螺栓及弧型垫圈，边缝及螺栓用密封胶处理，钢板表面采用热浸镀锌。组装完成后用喷涂沥青。洞口铺砌及护坡采用M7.5浆砌片石铺砌或采用钢筋混凝土浇筑洞口。钢波纹管涵是一种柔性结构，它建成后与周围土体形成一种组合结构，共同受力，波纹管涵楔形部及两侧的回填土很关键，如果回填不密实或有楔形部中空或局部有大石块直接作用于管体，将出现局部有较大变形或局部有凸起，存在安全隐患，严重的可能会造成质量事故，所以波纹管涵两侧及楔形部的回填土在施工中要严格控制。二、施工工艺挖基施工放样基础垫层填筑管身安装涵背回填洞口铺砌及护坡防护。1、 基坑开挖应按要求进行，当基底土为淤泥等不良土层时，应换填处理，应避免超挖，如超挖，应将松动部分清除，其处理方案应报监理、设计单位批准。1.3挖至标高的土质基坑不得长期暴露，扰动或浸泡，并应及时检查基坑尺寸、高程、基底承载力。符合要求后，应立即进行基础施工。1.4 各种土质地基的处理方法 (1) 优质土地基未经筛分的砂，碎石，砂砾土以及砂质土都是比较理想的地基材料，但需清除10cm以上的石块等硬物。 (2) 一般性土质地基承载能力不太高的普通地基，需设一定厚度的基础。但是，若将涵管地基槽原状土经严格夯实（其夯实度到重型击实密实度的90%以上）以后，也可直接将波纹管置于地基上。(3) 岩石地基除设计要求有规定之外，波纹管不能直接置于岩石或混凝土基床上，因过于刚性的支承，不但会降低管壁本身所具有的良好柔性，而且还会减小涵管的承载能力。所以对岩石地基应挖掉一部分软岩，换填上一层优质土，并认真夯实。开挖软岩沟槽，不能使用烈性炸药和放深孔炮，以避免将过多的外层被炸松散。岩石风化层地基不能作为基础，需换填上3倍直径宽度的填土。(4) 软土地基当涵管处于软土地基上时，需对软土路基进行处理，然后，在其上填一层大于20cm厚的优质砂砾垫层，并夯实紧密。1.5预留拱度 埋设于一般土质地基上的波纹管，经过一段时间后，常会产生一定的下沉，而且往往是管道中部大于两端。因此，铺设于路堤下的波纹管的管身要设置预留拱度。其大小根据地基土可能出现的下沉量，涵底纵坡和填土高度等因素综合考虑，通常可为管长的0.2%1%，以确保管道中部不出现凹现或滑坡。 2、施工放样对施工场地进行平整，安排布置各种材料堆放场地，组织所需机械设备。施工前组织测量人员根据设计文件放出管涵轴线，打好中边桩，在涵管中轴线和基础范围边缘撒上白色灰线，测出原地面高程。 3、基础垫层填筑基础垫层材料采用碎石土或砂砾填筑。4、管身安装(1)管身安装前要求准确放出管涵的轴线和进、出水口的位置，拼装时要注意端头板片和中间板片的位置，管涵的安装必须按照正确的轴线和图纸所示的坡度敷设。(2)管身安装应紧贴在砂砾垫层上，使管涵能受力均匀。基础顶面坡度与设计坡度一致，并且在管身沿横向设预拱度为管节长度的0.2%1%，以确保管道中部不出现凹陷或逆坡。(3)管身采用Q235热轧钢板几块连接一周整体成型后再进行纵向连接。由中心向两端对称进行安装。安装时先安装底片，然后分别向上拼接。每安装5m进行一次管节的圆度和位置校正。如出现偏位，采用千斤顶在偏位的方向向上顶管节进行纠偏。(4)管节安装需在管节内外搭设施工脚手架，以方便施工操作。5、密封胶管节全部拼装完成后，应检查管节位置是否符合设计要求。并在管身内侧所有钢板拼缝采用密封胶进行密封防止泄漏。6、涂刷沥青 涵管出厂时，涵管及配套附件已经过镀锌处理。其镀锌厚度大于等于63微米，平均厚度84微米，在没有盐碱水或有害工业废水浸泡以及涵管内不经常流水的情况下。其镀膜即可防止锈蚀，否则，一般情况下，可在管节内外管壁涂上或喷上含有石棉纤维的厚沥青一道。或涂涮两遍沥青和石油的拌和物，以加强防腐蚀作用。从外观看管壁内外均匀的涂成了黑管即可。但是必须要等到沥青晾干后方可回填。一般沥青涂层的厚度要达到0.40.5mm。此外，还可采用加厚管壁的办法，一般管壁每年蚀耗厚度为0.01mm0.03mm。可按计划使用年数和此数值估计增加厚度。两种涂涮剂的配合比和涂涮方法如下：(1) 含有石棉纤维的厚沥青涂料 涂料的溶剂是高质量的沥青，石棉粉的含量30%。喷涂方法：可用气压喷涂，或毛刷涂刷，每次喷涂层厚7mm8mm，喷涂用量为1kg/m2左右。被喷涂物表面应特别干爽，无油污。涂刷在废水浸泡或常水位以下部分的涵管。(2) 沥青与煤油的拌和物涂料 涂料沥青与煤油之配合比为54：46，使用此涂料时应涂刷2遍，使涂刷层总厚度达到0.4mm0.5mm,涂刷用量为0.6kg/m2。有条件时用喷枪喷涂，效果更好，涂刷部位与上述相同。6、涵管回填（1）为保证涵管的回填质量，管底两侧楔形部位处的填筑可采用5种方案：1、采用粗沙“水密法”振荡器密实。2、采用级配良好的天然砂砾（含水量要求比最佳含水量大2%左右），人工用木棒在管身外向内侧进行夯实，木棒作用点必须紧贴管身，每个凹槽部位都必须夯实到位。3、采用液态粉煤灰回填。4、采用轻型混凝土回填。5、最大粒径不超过3cm的级配碎石回填。然后用小型夯实机械斜向夯实，确保管底的回填质量（2）涵管两侧的部位回填采用级配良好的天然砂砾或级配碎石。在管身最大直径两侧50cm外使用18T压路机碾压，50cm范围内使用小型夯实机械夯实，以避免压路机等大型机械设备对管涵的撞击。（3）填筑时应分层填筑、分层压实，每层压实后的厚度为20cm，压实度要求达到95%方可进行下层填筑。填筑前在管节两侧上用红色油漆按每20cm高度标注，填筑时按标注线控制。（4）填筑必须在涵管两侧同步对称进行，两侧的回填土高差不得大于30cm。（5）管顶填土厚度小于50cm时，不得使用大于6T的压路机械碾压，也不允许施工机械通行。 （6）施工单位必须严格按照要求进行管涵回填。（7）管体两侧及顶部20米范围内不允许使用强夯机械。7、洞口铺砌及护坡防护洞口采用端墙型式或与路基边坡同坡率的斜口形式。洞口铺砌及护坡防护为M7.5浆砌片石，应选择几何尺寸相对长和短的石块交错在同一层使之形成错锁结构，保证错缝砌筑，不得出现竖缝、通缝。外露面要选择石块质地适当，细致色泽均匀，无风化剥落无裂纹的大石块进行凿面凿纹，以确保工程外露面的平整和准确的几何尺寸。8、防止YTHG拼装钢波纹管涵浆砌片石端墙裂缝的施工措施目前在拼装波纹管施工现场发现，有些施工单位在管体顶部还没有完全终止时，就将波纹管上下游的挡墙砌筑完成了，这种施工方式将存在填土完毕后端墙裂缝的弊病，因波纹管在填土过程中存在管壁变形，一般变形量为管径的±0.5-2%，当然此变形数值和管侧回填土的密实度有很大的关系。但填土终止后波纹管不再变形，建成后行车动载对其影响很微小，（管壁的变形为0.06-0.15mm）。因此，为防止端墙裂缝，可采取以下两种措施：（1）基础做好后，上下游的片石砌筑高度和沙砾基础上顶面标高一致即可，开始拼装波纹管，在管体安装就位完毕后，可以采取不砌筑端墙，而将波纹管的填土填至路顶面标高十五日后再砌筑端墙。也就是波纹管终止了管壁的变形后。（2）波纹管安装就位完毕后，可以将两端端墙砌至与波纹管管顶一平就不再砌筑，波纹管管顶部未砌筑的部分片石可以排列两排沙土袋来挡土，等到波纹管管顶填土填至路基最大设计标高十五日后再将沙袋清理掉砌筑上下游的端墙。希望各项目施工方能引起重视，避免端墙裂缝现象的发生。三、图片显示拼装波纹管施工过程基础 1、钢质波纹板在出厂前应严格按钢质波纹板加工验收标准进行验收，并进行必要的预拼装。2、钢质波纹板通道现场拼装，必须严格按设计以及钢质波纹板通道施工安装规范的要求施工。3、钢质波纹板通道现场施工中土建部分验收标准可参照交通部“JTGF80/1-2004”中有关标准。如钢质波纹板管涵两侧进出口处的护坡可采用“JTGF80/1-2004”第6.9、6.10节验收；钢质波纹板管涵外回填土的验收可归入路基工程之中。二、基本要求： 1、每座波纹钢板管涵出厂时，必须附有产品质量合格证书。2、波纹钢板运至施工现场后，必须逐块检查，凡在运输过程中变形的钢板不得使用。3、基础的地基承载力必须满足要求，严禁超挖回填虚土以及标高控制。4、波纹板安装时，拼接处必须清理干净。以确保拼缝搭接紧密。5、波纹钢板安装铺设应平顺、稳固、管底坡度不得出现反坡，管涵内不得有泥土、砖石等杂物。6、必须采用有效措施，确保管涵外路堤回填土的质量。7、高强螺栓紧固后，在二次防腐处理前，应在搭接处用密封防水材料（或热沥青）涂装。8、验收表式采用交通JTGF80/1-2004中分项工程质量检查评定表。三、实测项参见下表：钢波纹管涵安装实测项目表项次检查项目规定或允许偏差检查方法规定分1涵管底土建压实度（%）达到要求波纹涵管轴线：投影下的土基每6m测一处，但不少于二处302管涵轴线偏位（mm）50经纬仪或拉线：每6m测一处，但不少于二处253管涵内底高程（mm）±20水准仪：每6m测一处，但不少于二处254安装管涵中径(mm)标准中径值的±1%尺量：每6m测水平，垂直各一处，但不小于二处。20四、外观规定：
