31、大的提高,深刻体会到党的先进性;工作作风变得更加严谨;记者业务能力也得到很大的提高。 会议新闻看似简单,但要写好也不易 时政新闻是党报的重要的组成部分,主要报道的是党和政府的一系列的事情,涉及主要是会议、重大活动或措施之类的,有很强的政策导向性。所以报道必须准确、及时。特别是政府会议,由于它具有新闻的时效性,必须当天的新闻当天就出稿,并且还要准确无误。只有这样才能称得上新闻。这种新闻的写法看起来比较简单的,其实要写好也不容易,要掌握好领导人,会议时间和会议内容,组织语言,突出重点,把握好核心,才能写出一篇好的会议新闻,我在这方面锻炼的也比较多。 掌握采访技巧十分重要,还得注重礼仪 采访上,老师
32、教会了我如何让当事人自己开口说的方式技巧,面对不同的人群也要选择不同的沟通的渠道。比如,当采访对象为市领导时,首先服装的选择就很重要,不能太学生样,也不能太职业化(会形成一种比较紧张的气氛),其次语言要组织好,一般会提前准备好要提问的问题,不能太随便,也不能废话连篇,一定要抓住重点。并且要掌握一定的技巧,激发被采访人主动提供新闻,有继续谈下去的欲望。采访时的礼仪也很重要。 写好一篇稿件,要提炼主题,谋篇布局,字斟句酌 出去采访后,回来写稿子,主要根据采访笔记,大致的内容框架出来后,再拟标题和小标题这些,然后整体润色,然后就是改错别字,这个很关键,虽然后面还有编辑那一关,但是,像错别字和语法这样
33、的低级错误,应尽量避免发生,也减少编辑的工作量,因为报纸的阅读面广,容易给别人造成误导。稿子写好后,就请老师批评指正,在老师的意见中,不断学习一些写新闻稿的技巧。 接下来说一下在实习中我的一点心得: 第一 ,做事要认真。对于新闻的时间、地点、人名一定要准确,特别是领导的职位更要弄准确。报社特意打印了份领导的排名和职位以免出错。在照片的选择上也要很仔细,要注意构造,更要注意人物表情,特别是有领导的照片,更要慎重,领导的面部表情走路的姿态及站的位置都要考虑全了。外出采访时更要注意检查装备是不是都带全,采访本、笔是最基本的了,然后我因为没有录音笔,就只好用MP4代替,虽然录音的质量差点,但回来整理采
34、访笔记的时候,可以有证可查。不然,有些关键的内容不能确认。U盘也是必备的,有些相关的资料可以直接从相关地方拷贝过来,就可以减少很多错误和打字的麻烦。所以,不管做任何事情都要认真用心的去做。 第二 ,知识面要广。记者要打交道的人是方方面面,有农民,有医生,有老师,形形色色的人都有可能遇到。对不同的领域,如果一点都不了解的话,在采访中就可能遇到想不到的一些困难。比如上次定光古佛与客家民间信仰研讨会在龙岩市举行,而我之前对定光古佛一点都不了解,根本就无从下手。这就提醒我,在采访前的准备工作要深入一步,对于要采访的领域多做些了解,不要在采访中显得比较无知。这就要求我们平时多看点书,扩充一下自己的知识面
35、。 第三,要有职业道德。新闻工作者就是把真实的事情反映给人民群众,影响力相当大。我们记者就要有正确的价值观,有自己的立场,把真实的新闻传递给大家。之前闹得沸沸扬扬的陕西华南虎假照片事件,给我们深刻的教训。作真实的新闻,为社会负责、也为自己负责!因为我们职业的特殊性,我们必须把真实的新闻传播出去,这样才能发挥报纸的真正作用。 第四, 身体要好。作为新闻工作者,身体是革命的本钱。身体好了才可以更好地工作。上次恰逢永定土楼申遗成功和中国福建(永定)土楼客家文化节开幕,事情很多很杂,经常要东奔西跑,加上下点小雨,我就感冒了,很难受,直接影响工作。所以有一个健康的体魄确实很重要。在学校学习的同时也要加强

38、事程序、政策依据、监管标准和收费项目及结果,将各项执法工作全面置于企业的监督之下。企业股在行政服务大厅设有分局配置的电子屏触摸仪,各项政务分工,企业股人员职责,企业登记注册流程图,行政性收费一览表,投诉举报制度,企业登记服务承诺制度,自治区工商局、呼市工商局促进经济平稳较快发展的“28条意见”和“25条意见”等全部上墙公示。通过这一系列的政务公开既方便群众办事,又方便群众监督,促进了企业股工作作风的改善和工作效率的提高。 三、立足落实优惠政策,营造优质服务环境,有力促进如意开发区经济平稳较快发展 (一)积极开展招商引资工作,加大项目支持力度,在园区管委会招商局的配合下,创新服务招商引资的方式,
39、不断提高服务招商引资的效率。不折不扣地贯彻落实自治区工商局“28条意见”,呼市工商局“25条意见”,以及关于进一步推进个体私营经济发展的意见和关于充分发挥工商行政管理职能作用,促进经济发展方式转变的意见中有关登记方面的政策措施,简化程序,减少环节,优质文明服务,优化投资环境,为呼和浩特*投资开发有限公司、内蒙古昭君骆驼产业有限公司、内蒙古大牧场食品有限公司、呼和浩特市中富容器有限公司、可口可乐(内蒙古)有限公司等*开发区重点招商引资企业提供快速准入,全程跟踪服务。对呼和浩特市联友包装有限公司、内蒙古牧源农业开发有限公司属分期到资且首期已到资金企业,因暂时性困难其余注册资本未能按期到位,允许其延
40、资。 (二)继续强化“窗口”单位内部督查和行风义务监督员的外部明查暗访,对发现不按鼓励扶持优惠政策办事,不文明办事,无理拖延办事的,严格依规依纪严肃处理。 (三)充分发挥个私协会作用,主动落实就业再就业优惠措施,鼓励高校毕业生,复转军人进行自主创业。今年5月29日,组织辖区25户规模以上企业参加了由呼市工商局、呼市个私协会举办的人才招聘洽谈会,此次洽谈会共接待咨询134人次,帮助企业达成用工意向57人次。 四、廉洁自律执行情况 一是落实各项禁令,推动党风廉政建设深入开展。工作中,我们严格落实党纪条规和国家工商总局、自治区工商局颁布的“六项禁令” “八项禁令”,坚持依法行政,秉公办事。近年来,在
41、我们干部中从未发生过吃拿卡要、粗暴执法等不廉洁行为。 二是进一步落实党风廉政建设责任制,完善领导机制和工作机制,加强廉政教育,做好廉政制度建设,加强廉政文化建设,强化廉政意识,筑牢拒腐防变的思想防线,在办公场所按照市局纪检监督察室的要求,设置廉政文化标语警示,我本人与分局签定了党风廉政建设责课件 任制责任状,确保反腐倡廉工作落到实处。坚决纠正有法不依,执法不严,有令不行,有禁不止的现象,实现了公开、公平、公正、廉洁行政,高效准入的工作机制。 五、存在的问题和不足 过去的工作中,我们虽然付出了艰苦努力,取得了一定成绩,但我们也清醒地认识到自身仍然存在许多不足和问题:一缺乏创新意识,特别是在具体工作中仍沿用旧的思维方式,没有前瞻性,工作方法尚需不断改进;二是服务意识、责任意识仍需不断增强;三、照后服务等方面没有及时跟上。今后,我一定要努力加强学习,提高认识,进一步增强大局意识、整体意识、责任意识和创新意识,不断解放思想、转变观念、在分局的领导下,在同志们帮助下开拓创新,与时俱进,为企业提供全方位优质服务,为加快辖区经济发展做出新的贡献。 以上汇报,请各位领导和代表评议,不妥之处,恳请大家欢迎多提宝贵意见,并借此机会向一贯关心、支持和帮助我们工作的各位领导、各位代表表示最诚挚的谢意。 谢谢大家! 23 / 24
