1、-范文最新推荐- 县教育局副局长就职演说报告 尊敬的各位领导,同志们:承蒙组织的信任,让我担任县教育局党总支副书记、副局长,在这非常的时刻,说心里话是压力多于欣喜,责任甚于欣慰,多年的教育工作经历,使我深知担任县级教育行政领导这副担子的份量与责任,更清楚它的意义。它饱含着县委、政府的高度信任,寄托着在坐每一位同志的殷切希望。过去的几年,在历届县委、政府的高度重视下,通过几任教育局领导班子的扎实工作和全县教育系统广大干部职工的共同努力,我县的教育工作取得了新的成绩。要使全县教育工作不断的有新突破,我深知肩上责任的重大,但既然组织对我如此的信任,我将义不容辞地承担起这个角色理应承担的责任和义务,切
2、实履行好职责,殚精竭虑干好工作,勤奋学习,不辱使命!在今后的工作中我将做到:一、加强学习,不断提高自身综合素质。认真学习政治理论和教育教学管理知识,不断提高自身政治理论素质,科学决策水平,依法行政水平和分析问题,处理问题的能力,增强做好教育工作的积极性和主动性。二、认真贯彻执行民主集中制,尊重团结班子的每一名成员,做到班子成员之间团结协作,互相信任、互相尊重、互相支持,取长补短,真心实意地与其他同志合作共事,同舟共济,增强全局意识和大局观念,最大限度地调动每一位班子成员的积极性,发挥出班子的最佳效能。三、转变作风,重视打造求真务实、廉洁、高效的班子新形象。切实深入教育工作第一线,找准工作着力点
3、和突破口,狠抓教学质量和日常管理,向管理要质量,向教研要效果,努力提升育人水平,执著追求成才效果。力争通过几年的努力,使全县的教师逐渐成为素质高、教学过硬、责任心强的职工队伍,让质量成为广大教师为之骄傲的资本,让校园成为教师创业的乐园。同时,提三点希望,与全县教育管理工作者共勉:一是立足现实,总结经验,转变作风抓管理。面对我县教育工作中存在的薄弱环节,全县广大教育工作者,特别是在坐的每一位同志要认真分析梳理工作中的不利因素和有利条件,进一步总结经验,研究解决的办法和措施,切实转变工作作风,充分调动广大教师的工作热情和工作积极性,做好本职工作,一心一意谋求全县教育事业发展的良策。二是抓住机遇,乘
4、势而上,巩固成果促发展。在县委、政府的坚强领导和高度重视下,在全县“普六”、“普九”取得成果的基础上,我们要不失时机地抓住有利机遇,打牢基础,巩固现有成果,努力提升教育教学质量,促进全县教育教学工作的持续、稳步、健康发展。三是加强领导,同心同德,围绕教学抓质量。年是加快发展、承上启下的关键之年,我们必须清醒地认识到教育教学工作面临着新的机遇,同时也将遇到新的困难和问题,但我们相信在县委、政府的正确领导下,团结一班子人,齐心协力,切实加强对教育教学工作的领导,依法行使行政职能,认真履行职责,与全体教职工一道同心同德,克服困难,勤奋工作,围绕教学抓管理,围绕教学抓质量,努力使全县的教育教学水平有一

7、he same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought are still at issue around the globe-the belief that the rights of man come not from the generosity of the state, but from the hand of god. we dare not forget today that we are the heirs of that first revolution. let the word go forth from
8、this time and place, to friend and foe alike, that the torch has been passed to a new generation of americans-born in this century, tempered by war, disciplined by a hard and bitter peace, proud of our ancient heritage-and unwilling to witness or permit the slow undoing of those human rights to whic
9、h this nation has always been committed, and to which we are committed today at home and around the world. let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe, in order to assure the survival and
10、 the success of liberty. this much we pledge-and more. to those old allies whose cultural and spiritual origins we share, we pledge the loyalty of faithful friends. united, there is little we cannot do in a host of cooperative ventures. divided, there is little we can do-for we dare not meet a power
11、ful challenge at odds and split asunder. to those new states whom we welcome to the ranks of the free, we pledge our word that one form of colonial control shall not have passed away merely to be replaced by a far more iron tyranny. we shall not always expect to find them supporting our view. but we
12、 shall always hope to find them strongly supporting their own freedom-and to remember that, in the past, those who foolishly sought power by riding the back of the tiger ended up inside. to those peoples in the huts and villages across the globe struggling to break the bonds of mass misery, we pledg
13、e our best efforts to help them help themselves, for whatever period is required-not because the communists may be doing it, not because we seek their votes, but because it is right. if a free society cannot help the many who are poor, it cannot save the few who are rich. to our sister republics sou
14、th of our border, we offer a special pledge-to convert our good words into good deeds-in a new alliance for progress-to assist free men and free governments in casting off the chains of poverty. but this peaceful revolution of hope cannot become the prey of hostile powers. let all our neighbors know
15、 that we shall join with them to oppose aggression or subversion anywhere in the americas. and let every other power know that this hemisphere intends to remain the master of its own house. to that world assembly of sovereign states, the united nations, our last best hope in an age where the instrum
