1、3S理念教育模式对桂西地区MHD患者生活质量影响的研究 基金项目广西百色市科学研究与技术开发计划项目(百科计字20181号) 何美娟,女,主管护师。E. 何美娟,王洁,黄色丹,韦丽芳,陆桂荣,牙愈 (右江民族医学院附属医院血液净化室,百色 533000) 目的探讨支持、技巧、自信(support、skill、selfconfidence,3S)理念教育模式对桂西地区维持性血透(MHD)患者生活质量的影响。方法将200例桂西地区MHD患者随机分为实验组和对照组各100例;实验组应用3S理念健康教育模式进行干预,对照组采用传统的健康教育模式干预;观察两组干预后疾病相关知识与技能掌握情况;采用Zun
2、g焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)测量两组干预前后的焦虑、抑郁程度;用简明健康调查量表(SF36)评定两组干预前后的生活质量。 结果干预后实验组疾病相关知识与技能掌握优于对照组(P=00000);干预前两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P?005);干预后实验组的SAS、SDS评分较对照组显著降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=00000);干预前两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P?005),干预后实验组的生活质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=00000)。 结论 3S理念健康教育模式能有效提高桂西地区MHD患者知识与技能,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生

Methods200 cases with MHD in Western Guangxi were randomly divided into expe
5、rimental group and control group with 100 cases in each group.The experimental group was intervened with 3S education mode, while the control group was given the intervention of traditional health education mode. Mastery of the knowledge and skills related to the disease was observed after the inter
6、vention in both groups.The anxiety and depression degree were measured by means of Zung self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and self rating Depression Scale (SDS)in two groups before and after the intervention.The quality of life of two groups were evaluated by concise health survey questionnaire (SF36)

Results After the intervention,the mastery of knowledge and skills related to the disease ofexperimental group was obviously better than that of the control group(P=0.0000). And there was no significant statistical difference in the quality of life of two groups b
8、efore and after intervention(P?005).But there was significant difference between two groups after intervention,as the SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P=0.0000).No significant difference in the quality of life of two groups was fou

11、贵的透析费用以及各种并发症的发生,给患者的身心健康带来巨大的打击。研究表明,MHD患者的生存质量水平明显低于一般人群2。因此,做好MHD患者的健康教育,增进患者的身心健康,提高其生活质量显得尤为重要。为探寻适用于桂西地区MHD患者的健康教育模式,本文将支持、技巧、自信(support、skill、selfconfidence,3S)理念健康教育模式应用于桂西地区的MHD患者的健康教育中,对提高患者生活质量取得了一定效果,现报道如下。 1对象与方法 1.1对象 选取2018年5月至2018年12月在我院行维持性血液透析的患者200例为研究对象。入选标准终末期肾衰患者;有维持性血透适应证,且接受血
