19、X区XX村系XXXX工程项目管理公司XX(XXXX)农迁房小区之商业中心,建筑为三层框架结构。建筑面积为2958平方米,建筑工程等级为二级。2.2给水水源采用城市自来水,市政给水管网压力0.35Mpa。建筑生活给水由市政管网直接供给。2.3消防用水量 室外消火栓用水量20L/S,室内消火栓用水量10L/S。屋顶消防水箱楼房最高点设18m3,消防水箱供商业中心,文化中心,地下车库消火栓和地下车库自动喷淋初期灭火10分钟用水,消防水箱底相对标高:14.20。2.4自动灭火系统 地上一至四层A类火灾,中危等级,每具灭火器最小配置灭火级别5A,最大保护面积15m2/A,灭火器最大保护距离20m。选用手
20、提式干粉灭火器。每层配置摆放位置由二装时确定。2.5本工程负荷等级为三级,电源由小区内室外箱变供电;本工程每层设配电总箱,电源由一层配电间引来;用电指标为商场100W/平米。2.6通风系统采用低噪声离心风机箱机械排风,利用门窗自然进风。为满足卫生要求,对一、二、三层商业用房采用6个排风系统P-1-1FP-2-3F;分别对各层商业用房进行机械排风,新风量按30m3/h人的新风量设计。3.工艺要求3.1电气工程3.1.1层总箱选用XM1型,竖井中底距地1.5m安装。照明分箱底距地1.5m嵌墙安装。3.1.2除注明外,开关,插座分别距地1.3m,0.3m暗装,除空调壁挂机等插座外,其余均选用带安全门
21、型插座。卫生间内插座选用防潮,防溅型面板。荧光灯管吊3.0m安装,选用高效节能型,应急回路上的荧光灯须配电子式镇流器,其余气体放电灯应自带补偿。其他设备的选型要求及安装要求见主要设备材料表及图例符号表。3.1.3室外电源进线采用YJV22-1KV型电缆穿钢管埋地引入。3.1.4干线电源线路选用BV-500型导线穿钢管沿墙或楼板明敷。3.1.5照明支线选用BV-500型导线穿阻燃型PVC管沿墙或楼板暗敷。3.1.6本工程的负荷用电总计量和无功补偿均在室外箱变系统设计时考虑。3.1.7本工程的导线绝缘层颜色选择应一致,既PE线应为黄绿相间色,零线用淡蓝色,相线用:L1相-黄色,L2相-绿色,L3相
22、-红色。3.1.8线路敷设符号 SC-钢管 PC-阻燃PVC管 SC-吊顶内敷设 F-埋地或顶板内敷设 CC-柱内敷设 WE-沿墙明敷 WS-墙面明敷设 CEC-顶板内暗敷 FC-地板内暗敷WC-墙内暗敷设 CEE-沿顶板明敷 CT-桥架敷设3.1.9本工程按三类防雷建筑设防,所有突出屋面的金属体均应与避雷带相连。3.1.10本工程采用TN-C-S接地系统,在电源进户处须做重复接地,电气,防雷,弱电系统采用共用接地极(接地电阻1欧)3.1.11总等电位连接,设总等电位箱,本工程进出户所有金属管道,电气设备外壳采用40*4镀锌扁钢作总等电位连接。3.1.12安装高度在2.4米以下的壁灯应从就近插
23、座引来一根PE线。3.2通风空调 3.2.1 风管管材采用不燃无机玻璃钢风管。3.2.2风管上的可拆卸接口,不得设置在墙体或楼板内,风管穿墙后应用石棉水泥填塞缝隙,表面抹平。3.2.3所有水平或垂直的风管必须设置必要的支吊架,其构造形式由施工单位在保证牢固可靠的原则下,根据现场情况选定,消声器及吊装的风机等应单独设置支吊架。3.2.4风管支吊架应在除锈后刷红丹两遍,再刷灰色调和漆两遍。3.2.5风机箱进出口软接采用不燃材料制作,长度为150mm200mm。3.3生活给水系统3.3.1室内外生活给水管:冷水管采用PP-R管,热熔连接,压力级别为1.25Mpa。3.4.消火栓给水系统3.4.1.消
