11、y have learned, consciously study results into planning work, new ideas,一、工程概况*3号楼工程,为短肢剪力墙框架结构,共十八层。根据工程特点及现场实际情况,拟采用全封闭落地双排外脚手架。建筑物北面为木工棚、南面为钢筋加工车间、西面为小区道路、东面为小区业主道路。在北面和南面搭设安全挑架,防止高空坠物。东面搭设安全通道。外架上每层搭设两个卸料平台。二、脚手架工程设计外脚手架采用全封闭落地双排脚手架,脚手架钢管选用483.5;步距为1.6m,立杆纵距1.5m,横距为1.0m,内立杆距外墙0.4m,搭设高度为56m。因考虑搭设

14、平杆用直角扣件固定在立杆内侧,作为横向水平杆的支座,其长度不小于3跨;、纵向水平杆接长采用对接扣件连接,局部可采用搭接。对接、搭接应符合下列规定:a、纵向水平杆的对接扣件应交错布置;两根相邻纵向水平杆的接头不应在同步或同跨内,不同步或不同跨两个相邻接头在水平方向错开的距离500mm;各接头中心至最近主节点的距离不应大于纵距的1/3。b、搭接长度1,应等间距设置3个旋转扣件固定,端部扣件至杆端的距离100mm。c、建筑物四周外架必须水平交圈。d、外排安全防护栏杆高度为1100mm。、横向水平杆横向水平杆两端均采用直角扣件固定在纵向水平杆上,主节点处必须设置一根横向水平杆,用直角扣件连接且严禁拆除
15、。主节点处两个直角扣件的中心距150mm。横向水平杆靠墙一端的外伸长度为200mm。、立杆、每根立杆底部必须设置底座和垫板。脚手架必须设置纵、横向扫地杆。纵向扫地杆应采用直角扣件固定在距底座上皮200mm处的立杆上。横向扫地亦应采用直角扣件固定在紧靠纵向扫地杆下方的立杆上。当立杆基础不在同一高度时,必须将高处的纵向扫地杆向低处延长两跨与立杆固定,高底差1m。靠边坡上方的立杆轴线到边坡的距离500mm。、立杆必须用连墙件与建筑物可靠连接。、立杆接长除顶层顶步可采用搭接外,其余各层各步接头必须采用对接扣件连接。对接、搭接应符合下列规定:a、立杆上的对接扣件应交错布置,两根相邻立杆的接头不应设置在同
16、步内,同步内隔一根立杆的两个相隔接头在高度方向错开的距离500mm;各接头中心至主节点的距离不宜大于步距的1/3;b、搭接长度1m,应采用不少于2个旋转扣件固定,端部扣件盖板的边缘至杆端距离100mm。、立杆顶端高出屋面1.5m。、连墙件本工程脚手架连墙件采用:连墙件采用483.5钢管与楼面预埋的架管或钢板刚性相连,按二步三跨布置。、连墙件的布置:a、 应靠近主节点设置,偏离主节点的距离300mm;b、 应从底层第一步纵向水平杆处开始设置,竖向每隔一步设一排,横向间距为立杆纵距的3倍,即二步三跨设置,当该处设置有困难时,则在结构楼面设置预埋14钢筋环,利用钢管扣件进行连接固定。、连墙件的连接要
17、求:a、连墙件中的连墙杆呈水平设置,当不能水平设置时,与脚手架连接的一端下斜连接,不应采用上斜连接。b、连墙件采用6.5钢筋拉结必须配用顶撑顶在砼柱或梁上。c、当脚手架下部暂不能设连墙件时可搭设抛撑,应用通长杆与脚手架连接,与地面的倾角应在4560之间;连接点中心至主节点的距离不应大于300mm。抛撑应在连墙件搭设后方可拆除。、剪刀撑与横向斜撑、双排脚手架应设剪刀撑与横向斜撑。、剪刀撑的设置:a、每道剪刀撑跨越立杆的根数宜按下表确定,每道剪刀撑宽度不小于6m;斜杆与地面的倾角在4560之间,最下面的斜杆与立杆的连接点离地在500mm。剪刀撑跨越立杆的最多根数剪刀撑斜杆与地面的倾角a455060
18、剪刀撑跨越立杆的最多根数n765b、外架应在外侧立面整个长度和高度上连续设置剪刀撑c、剪刀撑斜杆的接长采用搭接;d、剪刀撑斜杆应用旋转扣件固定在与之相交的横向水平杆的伸出端或立杆上,旋转扣件中心线至主节点的距离150mm。、横向斜撑的设置:a、横向斜撑在同一节间,由底至顶层呈之字型连续布置;b、拐角应设置横向斜撑,中间每隔6跨设置一道;、脚手板、作业层和安全竹架板应铺满、铺稳,离开墙面120150mm;安全架板每隔三层铺设一道。、竹架板应按其主竹筋垂直于横向水平杆方向铺设在三根横向水平杆上,且采用对接平铺,对接处设双钢管。脚手板外伸长度130150mm,架板两端均应用14#镀锌钢丝固定在横向水
19、平杆。、斜道本工程搭设人行“之”字形斜道。、斜道的搭设:a、斜道附着外脚手架设置,宽度1.2m,坡度采用1:6,拐弯处设置平台,其宽度不应小于斜道宽度;b、斜道两侧及平台外围均应设置安全杆及挡脚板。栏杆高度为1.2m,挡脚板高度不应小于180mm,栏杆内侧满挂密目安全网;c、斜道两侧、平台外围和端部均设置连墙件,每两步加设水平斜杆;并设置剪刀撑和横向斜撑,做法同前所述。、斜道脚手板采用竹架板顺铺,接头采用平接;并每隔250300mm设置一根2040防滑木条。、卸料平台本工程卸料平台设计为悬挑式钢管平台,自第二层起每层各制作二个。尺寸为34.51.5m,悬挑长度为3m。平台上设置限定荷载标牌,本
20、工程卸料平台限荷为1.0t。人员和物料总重量严禁超过设计容许荷载,配专人监督。主次梁分别采用10,主梁采用410,间距1500,次梁采用410,间距1000,根防护栏采用483.5钢管,上杆上皮高度1.2m,下杆0.6m,挡脚板高180mm,并与悬挑架连接。平台每侧设两根17.5、637钢丝绳,每根绳设夹具不少于3个。钢丝绳与卸料台钢管架接触处垫橡胶胶皮,以缓冲钢丝绳的拉力。每根钢丝绳通过梁上预埋的一个14的吊环与上层结构拉紧。平台底面设50mmm厚的脚手板满铺、铺牢,两端用8镀锌铁丝捆紧。 卸料平台使用时,应有专人负责检查,发现钢丝绳有锈蚀损坏应及时调换,焊缝脱焊应及时修复;卸料平台的构造祥
21、见附图。卸料平台的受力计算见悬挑卸料平台计算书;、脚手架出入口构造挑空一根立杆、跨越二步二跨,大小3.03.2m。出入口处再搭设43.23m的防护棚,上满铺50mm厚的双层脚手板。在出入口上方悬空立柱处增加两根斜杆,斜杆与各主节相交处用扣件固定。详见门洞构造示意图,除下弦平面外,应在其余5个平面内的图示节点区域设置一根斜腹杆。斜腹杆采用旋转扣件固定在与之相交的横向水平杆的伸出端上,旋转扣件中心至主节点的距离不大于150mm,斜腹杆采用通长杆件。当斜腹杆在一跨内跨越二个步距时,应在相交的大横杆处增设一根小横杆,将斜腹杆固定在其伸出端上;斜腹杆宜采用通长杆件,必须接长时用对接扣件连接。3、脚手架的
22、搭设脚手架必须配合施工进度搭设,高出工作面一步,且沿建筑物四周成封闭区域。外架搭设每完成一步,都要及时校正竖杆的垂直度和大、小横杆的标高和水平度,使脚手架步距、横距、纵距上下保持一致。落地架底座的安放:搭设立杆之前,先将地基土平整夯实,浇筑150mm厚砼地面,地面上再根据立杆的位置布置道木支垫。、立杆的搭设:支垫好道木后,根据以上确定的尺寸安放立杆。安放立杆时先安装主立杆,后安装辅立杆,主立杆沿其竖轴线随楼层搭设至结构檐口上皮1.5m,辅立杆与主立杆之间的中心距离不大于200mm,辅立杆搭设至第六层顶。主、辅立杆的接头采用对接扣件连接且接头位置相互错开,立杆与纵、横向水平杆件采用直角扣件连接,
