3、skmemory,isitdifferentfromtheperformanceofthesecomponentsarerelativelyweakinourhomecomputeralot,butthepriceislow,thereisgenerallynomorethan10yuancanuseittomakesomecontrolforaclassofelectricalworkisnotverycomplexissufficient.Weareusingautomaticdrumwashingmachines,smokehood,VCDandsooninsidethehomeappl
4、iancescanseeitsshadow!Itismainlyaspartofthecorecomponentofthecontrol.Itisanonlinereal-timecontrolcomputer,control-lineisthatthesceneisneededisastrongeranti-jammingability,lowcost,andthisis,andoff-linecomputer(suchashomePC),themaindifference.Bysingle-chipprocess,andcanbeamended.Throughdifferentproced

12、nifonlyonebutton,willreachtensofKofsize!ForthehomePCsharddriveintermsofnothing,butintermsoftheMCUisnotacceptable.SCMintheutilizationofhardwareresourcestobeveryhighforthejobsoalthoughtheoriginalisstillinthecompilationofalotofuse.Thesametoken,ifthegiantcomputeroperatingsystemandapplicationsrunuptogeth
13、omePC,homePC,alsocannotaffordto.Canbesaidthatthetwentiethcenturyacrossthethreepowerera,thatis,theageofelectricity,theelectronicageandhasenteredintothecomputerage.However,thiscomputer,usuallyreferstothepersonalcomputer,referredtoasPC.Itconsistsofthehost,keyboard,monitorandothercomponents.Anothertypeo
14、fcomputer,mostpeopledonotknowhow.Thiscomputeristogiveallkindsofintelligentmachinessinglechip(alsoknownasmicro-controller).Asthenamesuggests,thiscomputersystemtookonlyaminimalintegratedcircuit,canbeasimpleoperationandcontrol.Becauseitissmall,usuallyhiddeninthechargedmechanicalstomachin.Itisinthedevic

17、didnotuseamicrocontrollerorotherprogrammablelogicdevice.The8-bitAT89C51CHMOSmicrocontrollersaredesignedtohandlehigh-speedcalculationsandfastinput/outputoperations.MCS51microcontrollersaretypicallyusedforhigh-speedeventcontrolsystems.Commercialapplicationsincludemodems,motor-controlsystems,printers,p
18、hotocopiers,airconditionercontrolsystems,diskdrives,andmedicalinstruments.TheautomotiveindustryuseMCS51microcontrollersinengine-controlsystems,airbags,suspensionsystems,andantilockbrakingsystems(ABS).TheAT89C51isespeciallywellsuitedtoapplicationsthatbenefitfromitsprocessingspeedandenhancedon-chipper
19、ipheralfunctionsset,suchasautomotivepower-traincontrol,vehicledynamicsuspension,antilockbraking,andstabilitycontrolapplications.Becauseofthesecriticalapplications,themarketrequiresareliablecost-effectivecontrollerwithalowinterruptlatencyresponse,abilitytoservicethehighnumberoftimeandeventdriveninteg
20、ratedperipheralsneededinrealtimeapplications,andaCPUwithaboveaverageprocessingpowerinasinglepackage.Thefinancialandlegalriskofhavingdevicesthatoperateunpredictablyisveryhigh.Onceinthemarket,particularlyinmissioncriticalapplicationssuchasanautopilotoranti-lockbrakingsystem,mistakesarefinanciallyprohi
21、bitive.Redesigncostscanrunashighasa$500K,muchmoreifthefixmeans2backannotatingitacrossaproductfamilythatsharethesamecoreand/orperipheraldesignflaw.Inaddition,fieldreplacementsofcomponentsisextremelyexpensive,asthedevicesaretypicallysealedinmoduleswithatotalvalueseveraltimesthatofthecomponent.Tomitiga
22、tetheseproblems,itisessentialthatcomprehensivetestingofthecontrollersbecarriedoutatboththecomponentlevelandsystemlevelunderworstcaseenvironmentalandvoltageconditions.Thiscompleteandthoroughvalidationnecessitatesnotonlyawell-definedprocessbutalsoaproperenvironmentandtoolstofacilitateandexecutethemiss
23、ionsuccessfully.IntelChandlerPlatformEngineeringgroupprovidespostsiliconsystemvalidation(SV)ofvariousmicro-controllersandprocessors.Thesystemvalidationprocesscanbebrokenintothreemajorparts.Thetypeofthedeviceanditsapplicationrequirementsdeterminewhichtypesoftestingareperformedonthedevice.TheAT89C51pr
