14、名称保利世界贸易中心三期DE栋及电信母局分部工程地下室/主体交底部位首层、地下室日期2010-1-18交 底 内 容一、施工准备 1、材料: 模板支撑系统扣件式满堂架,钢管、扣件质量必须符合国家行业标准,并有专业检测单位测试报告。同时应满足以下要求: (1)钢管:规格483.0,采用3号钢,其抗弯强度设计值=205N/2。 (2)扣件:直角扣件、旋转扣件和对接扣件。扣件不得有裂纹、气孔。扣件螺栓为12,不得滑丝,扣件螺栓拧紧扭紧扭力矩达70N.m时,可锻铸铁扣件不得破坏。(3)可调顶托、下托:型号XB0016、规格34,螺母重量为0.35kg。 (4)垫木:20厚木板(当用顶托当下托用时,用两
15、根方木做垫木)。 2、作业条件: (1)支撑模板的混凝土结构已浇筑完毕并养护一天。 (2)下层结构模板支撑没有拆除,如已拆除应做好回顶。 (3)转换梁处回顶工作已完成(回顶至地下室底板)。(4)支模架所需材料已采购完毕并检验合格。(5)局部大截面梁支撑系统已作交底。二、设计要求1、地下一层:层高7.1米,柱距一般9m8.3m,采用双向楼盖,板厚为180mm。大截面梁尺寸型式有6001200、6001300、7001300、5002400。2、转换梁的布置:E栋转换层设置在负一层,转换梁主要有12001500、12003000,分布在E-17轴交D-AD-C、E-7轴交D-CD-D轴。D栋转换梁

18、度不得超过200mm。顶托上使用双钢管进行承载。2、首层(层高6.0m),板厚120mm,混凝土强度C35, 支撑高度5.80,梁网4.0m5.1m,此部分的整体支撑体系采用扣件式满堂钢管支模架,间距0.9m0.9m,步距1.5m。扫地杆离地0.2m(纵横交叉),剪刀撑每三跨设置一根。支架立杆有下托时设置垫板100100方木(无下托时垫150150胶合板),立杆上部支撑板处用可调托座安装应与钢管架立杆上下垂直,可调托座的调节长度不得超过200mm。顶托上使用双钢管进行承载。3、D栋三层(层高6.8m,有转换梁),板厚160mm,面积约1000,混凝土强度C35, 支撑高度6.64m,梁网4.0
