14、扩改。交叉路口的东北象限为在建项目,西北象限为丽泽批发市场,西南,东南象限均为待迁的平房。站址处地面交通流量大,地下管线主干管多,拆迁量大。该站为两层双柱三跨岛式车站,地下一层站亭层,地下二层站台层。总建筑面积13370.60,其中主体面积8594.16,附属面积4776.44,起迄里程K13+072.575-K13+271.425m,车站总长200.85 m,总宽20.9 m,站台宽12m,结构底板埋深18.7m,顶板覆土3.5m,明挖法施工。站址处土层为卵石、圆砾层和级围岩。地下水位较高,其类型有上层滞水、潜水和层间水。2、丽泽商务区站丽泽商务区站位于丽泽路与南北向规划路-骆驼湾南路交叉路
15、口区域的南端,它是一座与规划地铁16号线的换乘站,车站周边多为低矮平房。该站为明挖四层三跨岛式车站。地下一层为14、16号线共用的站厅层,地下三层换乘厅层,总建筑面积39931,其中主体面积36930,附属面积3001。起迄里程K13+929.311-K14+137.06,长207.75m,总宽25.1m,站台宽16m标准段埋深16.1m,车站交迭段埋深26.75m。采用明挖法施工,车站两端设盾构机始发井。车站共设4个出入口和两个风亭。车站范围内土层有人工堆积层、新近沉积层和第四纪沉积层。主体结构基础置于级配较好的卵石层上。地下水为潜水,赋存于标高23.74m-40.34m以下的砂卵石层中。3
16、、菜户营站:菜户营站位于菜户营桥西南、京九铁路以西、金泰苑小区北侧绿化地内,东西走向。站区中部路面下有埋深小于3m的管线,施工时需改移。菜户营站为三层双柱三跨岛式车站,地下一层设备层,地下二层站厅层,地下三层站台层。车站总建筑面积13919.34。其中主体面积12084.93,附属面积1834.41。起迄里程K14+810.825- K14+995.175,车站总长184.35 m,标准段宽21.2 m,站台宽12 m,车站主体结构底板埋深23.5 m,覆土厚3 m左右。明挖法施工。车站西段设盾构始发井,东段设盾构回收井。该站设2个出入口,4个风亭和三个安全疏散通道。该站地基持力层主要为第四纪
17、沉积的卵石层。本工程拟建场地范围内无地表水。潜水主要赋存于标高26.58-27.92m以下的砂、卵石层中。该站位于凉水河南岸,玉林南路与京开东路相交处。车站西南角上方为首都医科大学操场,东南角为大片平房区。起迄里程K16+220.999K16+463.400,长242.4m,车站西段约172m,为双层双柱三跨结构,东段约70m为双层四柱五跨结构。岛式车站。地下一层站厅层,地下二层站台层。车站有效站台及站厅层位于车站中部,标准宽20.9m,埋深17m,明挖法施工。设三个出入口,一个紧急疏散通道,两组风亭。在车站大里程处设轨排井。车站两端设盾构始发井。线路为直线,有0.2的纵坡。地基持力层为第四纪
18、沉积的卵石层。中浅层可能有滞水。4、北京南站:北京南站位于国铁北京南站站址正下方。可与国铁、地铁4号线在此换乘。该站主体结构已经完成,余下的部分仅是设备层、站台层和站台板下层从二次结构开始的后续工作。车站起迄里程D18+488.998-DK18+639.298,车站总长150.3m,标准段宽32.7m,站台宽21.3m,埋深31m。北京南站为地下三层岛式车站,地下一层站厅层,地下二层设备层,地下三层站台层。总建筑面积20671车站出入口与国铁共用。另设一紧急疏散出入口和两组风亭。二、工程地质、水文地质条件(一)工程地质条件本工程勘察的控制性勘探孔最大深度为46.50m。按照地层沉积年代、成因类
19、型、地层岩性及其物理力学性质对地层进行初步划分,共划分为13个大层,具体各土层岩性及分布特征概述如下:人工堆积层岩性特性如下:粉土填土层:黄褐色,稍密,湿稍湿,局部为粉质粘土填土,含砖、灰渣,植物根;杂填土1层:杂色,稍密,稍湿湿,含砖块、灰渣、碎石。该层厚度变化较大,一般厚度1.903.80m,土质不均,工程性质差。新近沉积层岩性特征如下:粉土层:褐黄色褐黄(暗)色,中密,湿,压缩模量Es1005.49.2MPa,属中高压缩性土,局部粉砂、细砂、粉质粘土夹层,含云母、氧化铁。粉质粘土1层:褐黄褐黄(暗)色,湿很湿,可塑,压缩模量Es1003.56.5MPa,属中高高压缩性土,局部粉土夹层,含
20、云母、氧化铁;粘土2层:褐黄色,很湿,可塑,压缩模量Es103.54.7MPa,属高压缩性土,含云母、氧化铁;粉砂、细砂3层:褐黄色,中密稍密,湿,标准贯入击数N1121,属中低压缩性土,局部粉土、卵石夹层,含云母、氧化铁;圆砾、卵石5层:杂色,中密,湿,剪切波速vs值341376m/s,重型动力触探击数N63.52060,属低压缩性土,含中砂约30%。该地层层顶埋深约1.735.27m。第四纪沉积层主要岩性特征如下:卵石、圆砾层:杂色,密实,湿,剪切波速vs值411432m/s,重型动力触探击数N63.54375,属低压缩性土,钻探揭露卵石部分:D大8cm,D长10cm,D一般35cm,亚圆
21、形,级配较好,含中砂约30%;中砂、粗砂1层:褐黄色,中密密实,湿,标准贯入击数N2231,属低压缩性土,含云母,局部含圆砾;粉土3层:褐黄色,密实,湿,属中低压缩性土,粉砂、细砂、粉质粘土夹层,含云母、氧化铁。该大层层顶埋深约11.112.27m。卵石、圆砾层:杂色,密实,湿饱和,剪切波速vs值446552m/s,重型动力触探击数N63.550150,属低压缩性土,钻探揭露卵石部分:D大10cm,D长12cm,D一般46cm,亚圆形,级配较好,含中砂约30;中砂、粗砂1层:褐黄色,密实,湿饱和,标准贯入击数N150,属低压缩性土,含云母,局部混圆砾;粉质粘土4层:褐黄色,湿,可塑,属中压缩性
22、土,含云母、氧化铁。该层层顶埋深约15.1916.12m。卵石、圆砾层:杂色,密实,饱和,剪切波速vs值576m/s,重型动力触探击数N63.550150,属低压缩性土,钻探揭露卵石部分:D大12cm,D长14cm,D一般57cm,亚圆形,级配较好,含中砂约30。该层层顶埋深约32.233.0m。车站基坑底板位于卵石、圆砾层中。第三纪沉积岩层砾岩1层:棕红色灰棕色,湿,半胶结弱胶结的极软岩,成岩性较差,强风化。胶结物以粘粒组为主,局部为砂粒。该大层层顶埋深约36.236.83m。(二)水文地质条件本工程地面下46.5m深度范围内的松散沉积层中主要分布1层地下水,地下水类型为潜水。潜水主要存在于
23、埋深15.1916.12m以下的砂、卵石层中,潜水天然动态类型属渗入径流型,主要接受大气降水渗入、地下水测向径流等方式补给,以地下水侧向径流等方式排泄。其水位年动态变化规律一般为:11月份来年3月份水位较高,其它月份水位相对较低,其水位年变化幅度一般为15m。近35年最高地下水位埋深为21.20m(不含上层滞水)。三、监理工程师应熟悉资料 施工竖井、通道设计图 地质水文地质情况 地下管线情况 监控量测、测量设计要求 批准的施工组织设计 有关规范、质量控制数据四、 监理控制要点测量: 竖井中心线、断面尺寸、井底高程;隧道中心线、高程、断面尺寸。监控测量: 测点布设,初始数据、量测频率、量测开始终
