14、+箍筋调整值注:上述钢筋需要搭接时,还应增加钢筋搭接长度,详见表1-10。1) 弯曲调整值钢筋弯曲后的特点:一是在弯曲处内皮收紧,外皮延伸,轴线长度不变;二是在弯曲处形成圆弧。钢筋的度量方法是沿直线量外包尺寸,因此,弯起钢筋的度量尺寸大于下料尺寸,两者之间的差值称为钢筋弯曲调整值。 钢筋弯曲角度 表1-12) 弯曲增加长度钢筋的弯钢形式有三种:半圆弯钩、直弯钩及斜弯钩。半圆弯钩是最常用的弯钩,直弯钩只用在柱钢筋的下部、箍筋和附加钢筋中。斜弯钢筋只用在直径较小的钢筋中。 弯钩增加长度 表1-23) 箍筋调整值箍筋调整值,即为弯钩增加长度和弯曲调整值两项之差或之和,根据箍筋量外包尺寸或内皮尺寸确定
15、。 箍筋调整值 表1-321.2 钢筋长度计算中的特殊问题:1 ) 变截面构件箍筋变截面构件如挑梁等,可根据比例原理,计算每根箍筋的长度短差数=(lc-ld)/(n-1)式中 lc-箍筋的最大长度 ld-箍筋的最小长度 n-箍筋个数,n=s/a+1s-最长箍筋与最短箍筋之间的间距a-箍筋间距2 ) 圆形构件钢筋在平面圆形构件中,配筋形式有二:按弦长布置、按圆形布置。按弦长布置:先根据下式算出钢筋所在处弦长,再减去两端保护层厚度,得出钢筋长度。当配筋为单数间距时:li=a((n+1)2-(2i-1)2)1/2当配筋为双数间距时:li=a(n+1)2-(2i)2)1/2式中 li-第i根(从圆心向
16、两边计数)钢筋的弦长。 a-钢筋间距 n-钢筋根数,n=D/a-1,D为构件直径 i-从圆心向两边计数的序号数 按圆形布置:用比例方法先求出每根钢筋的圆直径,再乘圆周率算得长度。3 ) 曲线构件钢筋曲线钢筋长度,根据曲线形状不同,可分别采用下列方法计算。圆曲线钢筋的长度可用圆心角与圆半径R直接算出.(也可以通过弦长L与矢高h查表得出)抛物线钢筋长度可按下式计算:k=(1+8h2/3l2)lk-抛物线长度l-抛物线的水平投影长度h-抛物线的矢高其他曲线状的钢筋的长度,可用渐近法计算,即分段按直线计,然后总加。2.1.3 配料计算的注意事项:1) 配料计算时,还要考虑钢筋的形状和尺寸在满足设计要求
17、的前提下要有利于加工安装。2 ) 配料时,还要考虑施工需要的附加位置,如孔洞处的井字加强筋,保证上层钢筋网位置用的钢筋撑脚,池壁双排钢筋中固定钢筋间距的钢筋撑铁,柱钢筋增加的四面斜筋,池壁拉条钢筋及其它施工设施用钢筋。2 钢筋除锈2.1 钢筋的表面应洁净。油渍、漆污和用锤击时能剥落的浮皮、铁锈等在使用前清除干净。在焊接前,焊点处的水锈应清除干净。2.2 钢筋的除锈,一般可通过以下两个途径:一是在钢筋冷拉或调直过程中除锈,对于大量钢筋的除锈较为经济省力;二是用机械方法除锈,如采用电动除锈机,对钢筋的局部除锈较为方便。还可以用手工钢丝刷除锈。3、 钢筋调直3.1 调直工艺3.1.1 采用钢筋调直机
18、调直冷拔丝和细钢筋时,要根据钢筋的直径选用调直模和传送压辊,并要正确掌握调直模的偏移量和压辊的压紧程度。1) 调直模的偏移量应根据其磨耗程度及钢筋品种通过试验确定。2) 压辊的槽宽,一般在钢筋穿入压辊之后,在上下压辊间宜有3mm之内的间隙。压辊的压紧程度要做到既保证钢筋能顺利地被牵引前进,又看不出钢筋有明显的转动,而在被切断的瞬时钢筋和压辊间不能允许打滑。3.1.2 采用卷扬机拉直钢筋时,其调直冷拉率:级钢筋不宜大于4%,、级钢筋不宜大于1%。如果使用的钢筋无弯折要求时。调直冷拉率可适当放宽:级钢筋不大于6%,、级钢筋不超过2%。对于不准采用冷拉钢筋的结构,钢筋调直冷拉率不得大于1%。3.2
19、调直质量要求3.2.1 钢筋应平直,无局部曲折。3.2.2 冷拔丝在调直机上调直后,其表面不得有明显擦伤,抗拉强度不得低于设计要求(调直后应进行抗拉检验)。4 钢筋弯曲成型4.1 级钢筋末端需作180弯钩,其圆弧弯曲直径不小于直径的2.5倍,平直部分不小于钢筋直径的3倍;对轻骨料砼结构,其弯曲直径不小于钢筋直径的3.5倍。4.2 、钢筋末端需作90或135弯折时,级钢筋的弯曲直径不小于钢筋直径的4倍,级钢筋不小于5倍。平直部分应按设计要求确定。4.3 弯起钢筋中间部位弯折处的弯曲直径不小于钢筋直径的5倍。4.4 弯曲成型工艺4.4.1 划线钢筋弯曲前,对形状复杂的钢筋(如弯起钢筋),根据钢筋料
20、牌上标明的尺寸,用石笔将各弯曲点位置划出,划线时应注意:1) 根据不同的弯曲角度扣除弯曲调整值,其扣法是从相邻两段长度中各扣一半。2)钢筋端部带半圆弯钩时,该段长度划线时增加0.5倍的钢筋直径长度。3)划线宜从钢筋中线开始向两边进行,两边不对称的钢筋,也可以从钢筋一端开始划线,如划到另一端有出入时,则应重新调整。4.4.2 钢筋的弯曲成型钢筋在弯曲机上成型时,心轴直径应是钢筋直径的2.5倍,成型轴宜加偏心轴套,以便适应不同的钢筋弯曲需要。弯曲钢筋时,为了使弯弧一侧的钢筋保持平直,挡铁轴宜做成可变挡架或固定挡架。由于成型轴和心轴在同时转动,会带动钢筋向前滑移,因此,钢筋弯90时,弯曲点约与心轴内
21、边缘齐,弯180时,弯曲点线距心轴内边缘为1-1.5d(钢筋硬时取大值)。4.4.3 曲线型钢筋成型弯制曲线形钢筋时,可在原有钢筋弯曲机的工作盘中央,放置一个十字架和钢套;另外在工作盘四个孔内插上短轴和成型钢套(和中央钢套相切)。插座板上的挡轴钢套尺寸,可根据钢筋曲线形状选用。钢筋成型过程中,成型钢套起顶弯作用,十字架只协助推进。4.4.4 质量要求1)钢筋形状正确,平面上没有翘曲不平现象。2)钢筋末端弯钩的净空直径不小于钢筋直径的2.5倍。3)钢筋弯曲点处不得有裂缝,级及其以上级别的钢筋不能弯过头再弯回来.4)钢筋弯曲成型后允许偏差为:全长10mm,弯起点位移20mm,弯起高度5mm,箍筋边
22、5mm。5 钢筋焊接5.1 电焊设备与焊条电弧焊的主要设备是弧焊机。弧焊机可分交流弧焊机和直流弧焊机两类。交流弧焊机具有结构简单,价格低廉,保养和维护方便等优点,工地上常用的型号有BX3-120-1、BX3-300-2等。直流弧焊机具有电流稳定、焊接质量高等优点,工地上常用型号有AX1-165,AX4-300-1、AX1-320等。 电弧焊接用焊条 表1-4焊条直径和焊接电流 表1-55.2 电弧焊工艺5.2.1 帮条焊与搭接焊5.2.1.1 帮条焊必须双面对称帮焊钢筋 ,帮条焊与搭接焊单面焊时每帮(搭)接焊缝长度不小于10倍钢筋直径,双面焊接焊缝长度不小于5倍钢筋直径。5.2.1.2 施焊前
23、,钢筋的装配与定位应符合下列要求:1)采用帮条焊时,两主筋端面之间的间隙为2-2.5mm。2)采用搭接焊时,钢筋的预弯和安装,应保证两钢筋的轴线在一直线上。3)帮条和主筋之间用四点定位固定,搭接时,用两点固定,定位焊缝应离帮条或搭接端部20mm。5.2.1.3 施焊时,引弧应在帮条或搭接钢筋的一端开始,收弧应在帮条或搭接钢筋端头上,弧坑应填满。多层施焊时,第一层焊缝应有足够的溶深,主焊缝与定位焊缝,特别是在定位焊缝的始端与终端,应熔合良好。5.2.1.4 钢筋接头采用帮条焊或搭接焊时,焊缝长度不应小于帮条或搭接长度,焊缝高度h0.3d,并不小于4mm;焊缝宽度b0.7d,并不得小于10mm。钢
