15、TJ267-98铁路桥涵TB100023-99公路桥涵JTJ023-面临建筑市场化,打破部门垄断;面临高校改革,成立大土木工程专业,要求设计规范尽可能统一。加入WTO,要求规范尽可能与国际接轨。修订原则 *国内统一 *国际接轨 *补充完善 *安全高强无粘结预应力混凝土结构由专门规程作出规定。3 试设计由北京几家大设计院对高层、多层、厂房等结构进行了试设计1.单按新荷载规范设计 住宅、办公室楼面活载 1.5kN/m22.0kN/m2 厨房、厕所等楼面活载 2.0kN/m22.5kN/m2 风、雪荷载 30年一遇50年一遇 对由永久荷载效应控制的组合,1.201.35 民用板梁用钢量+78% 工业
