13、案编制: 审核: 审批: 本工程主体基本施工完毕,即将开始进行出渣、管道、设备平台以及护坡分项工程的施工。现对出渣、管道、设备平台以及分化石斜坡的现场具体情况描述如下:1、分化石斜坡垂直向高度H=14.45m,水平方向平均宽度B=10.99m,(0.000m平面外柱外边线至斜坡底的水平距离分别为5.8m;4.1m;3.6m;5.2m;3.5m;1.9m),分化石斜坡仰角约为=52.74度,表面为强分化石。旧压滤楼外侧柱坐落在强分化石的岩石上。2、新压滤楼出渣平台顶标高+7.000m,斜坡底至外柱外边平均宽度B=9.32m(分别为11.2m;10.9m;9.9m;9.5m;9.5m;4.9m),
14、长度L=36.00m,平台有效利用宽度8.12m。3、新压滤楼尾渣直接落至+7.000m平台上以及上部斜坡上,通过装载机装车,机动车运输。旧压滤楼尾渣直接落至原平台,通过装载机铲运至+7.000m平台上再进行装车运输。4、新压滤楼入液管道,阳极液罐、氨水罐、清水灌设备等安装在新旧压滤楼之间3000mm宽度,15.00m长度,+14.470m的平台上。(旧压滤楼原落渣平台标高处)根据上述实际状况,我单位经过技术讨论与计算,绘制出渣、管道、设备平台以及分化石斜坡的施工蓝图并编制此方案进行施工。一、工程概况1、出渣平台顶标高+7.000m,平台平面尺寸36m*8.12m,周圈挡土墙厚度300mm,高
15、度7.00m,混凝土C30,长度约计46.1m;2、挡土墙与斜坡的空隙为C20毛石混凝土,约计2020m3;3、+7.000m平台至+14.450m平台的分化石斜坡采用植筋,铺设钢筋单层网片,浇筑200mm厚C20混凝土;4、+7.000m+10.000m栏板厚度200mm,混凝土C30,长度约计46m;5、由于以下几点实际原因:1)旧压滤楼外侧柱子持力层为强分化石斜坡,基础外侧在新厂房土方开挖后裸露在外,持力层为杂填砂石。2)旧压滤楼z-1柱子的基础坐落在砌筑的杂填石上。3)新压滤楼的工艺要求以及管道安装的设计图纸,氨水罐、清水罐、阳极液罐的安装位置。业主单位决定将新压滤楼内侧柱内边与旧压滤
16、楼外侧柱外边3000mm的空间用C20素混凝土全部浇筑成型,解决了旧压滤楼基础受力要求,新压滤楼管道安装,三台设备的安装等一系列问题。6、其余分化石斜坡长度约计39.00m,宽度约计12.67m,面积为494.31m2。植筋深度800mm,纵横向间距均为1000mm,孔径25,铺设14钢筋网片,间距200,混凝土厚度200mm。7、装载机通道宽度3.50m,垂直高度H=7.00m,坡度为30度斜坡。基础用毛石混凝土浇筑,表面浇筑C20素混凝土200mm厚,25300(L=3.20m)防滑条。所有于尾渣接触的混凝土表面涂刷环氧树脂漆两底两面,颜色为天蓝色。其中+7.000m平台混凝土面层为C20
17、细石耐磨抗酸混凝土。厚度200mm。二、工程管理目标1、质量管理目标要求工程质量达到合格工程标准。我单位的质量目标是:认真贯彻执行国家、省市及各行业现行标准规范、工艺标准,单位工程质量一次验收合格率为 100,争取创优质工程,确保工程质量。2、施工工期目标计划总工期为23天。2012年10月1日开工,2012年 10月23日竣工。3、安全、文明施工管理目标3.1安全目标建立环境、职业健康安全管理体系,杜绝死亡和重伤、重大机械设备安全事故,杜绝职业病重大火灾和爆炸事故的发生,千人负伤率控制在4以内。3.2文明施工目标创建文明工地,认真贯策执行建筑施工安全检查标准-JGJ59-99及建筑施工现场环
18、境与卫生标准-JGJ146-2004;认真按政府建设管理规定执行,保护环境,做到文明施工,现场整齐有序,减少和降低施工噪音和对周围环境的污染,进一步提高企业的整体形象与文化形象。三、施工部署本工程属于二次技术改造工程,施工场地狭小,工期紧,水平运输与垂直运输不便。浇筑混凝土工程量大且为自拌混凝土,浇筑受上部现浇板标高的限制(+23.80m),柱子之间间距(6000mm)的制约,造成新旧压滤楼之间3000mm平台范围内的混凝土无法用吊车来进行垂直运输,同时模板支撑系统加固困难;+7.000m以下外侧挡土墙施工完毕后,内侧毛石混凝土的垂直运输工程量大,强度上升慢,浇筑时机械垂直运输以及水平运输不便
19、,劳动强度大;植筋工程量大,施工技术要求高,难度大。因此,针对出渣平台、管道以及三个罐体安装平台的施工,我方经过认真研究和周密计划,制定了以下几条关键措施:1、出渣平台挡土墙先浇筑至+3.50m。内侧的毛石混凝土石料垂直运输采用挖掘机运输,人工整平,混凝土垂直运输采用70T,25T吊车运输,同时在西侧两跨内的毛石混凝土面预留10%斜坡道,坡底为0.000m。验收合格后,进行+3.50m+7.00m挡土墙浇筑,+3.50m+7.00m的毛石混凝土石料用时风三轮车沿西侧坡道运输至其余三跨内,人工整平,混凝土垂直运输采用70T,25T吊车运输进行浇筑。坡道处剩余毛石混凝土石料与混凝土水平、垂直运输全
20、部采用70T,25T吊车。2、管道平台,三台罐体的平台混凝土浇筑采用时风三轮车直接运输至旧压滤楼+14.47m平台上自卸至浇筑部位,时风三轮车行进的路线不平整者,采用200*300*2500枕木600作为支撑,上面铺设t=18mm厚钢板,保证运输路线畅通安全。3、出渣平台,三台罐体平台的模板加固采用在原分化石斜坡上打孔植筋,孔深800mm1000mm,孔径25mm,植25螺纹钢,外漏200mm,水平,竖向600mm,水平方向焊接14拉杆,长度现场确定,此拉杆作为模板的主受力点。4、为保证工期,+7.000m平台的施工采用昼夜进行施工。材料充足,设备充足且无故障。四、施工工艺挡土墙打孔植筋挡土墙
21、钢筋绑扎模板支设混凝土浇筑毛石混凝土砌筑平台、装载机通道地面浇筑+7.00m+10.00m剪力墙五、施工方法打孔植筋挡土墙钢筋与框架柱、地面的连接方式采用在原框架柱上打孔植筋,成孔方式采用水钻法,孔深180mm200mm,孔径16mm,植筋胶选用德国MKT牌植筋胶。成孔位置按照施工图纸要求在框架柱上弹出墨线,水钻固定方式采用膨胀螺丝固定,上部植筋孔施工时,搭设脚手架,铺设跳板作为施工人员的操作平台。在水钻打孔时保证水源,电源,劳动力充足。打孔完成后,利用鼓风机进行清孔,不能用水冲洗,保证孔内无灰尘、积水、杂物。植筋前对钢筋进行认真除锈,保证钢筋表面无锈斑。钢筋除锈完毕后,插入植筋孔内,用植筋注
22、射枪将胶液注入孔内,然后缓慢旋转钢筋,保证孔壁与钢筋之间的缝隙充满胶液并均匀。钢筋绑扎植筋验收合格后将挡土墙的竖向受力筋,水平向受力筋于植入地面,框架柱的钢筋进行焊接,焊接长度为5d(双面焊)。根据施工图纸,规范,图集要求对挡土墙钢筋进行制作,绑扎,确保焊接长度,搭接长度与间距。钢筋加工前需进行编制配料单,根据配料单备料。钢筋加工采用调直机调直、弯曲机、切断机切断弯曲成形,下料原则根据施工流水段下料搭配使用,达到最有利于节约的原则,避免单施工段下料成形,材料浪费;水平运输采用人工,垂直运输采用70T,25T。绑扎完毕经项目部质量员验收合格后进行隐蔽。模板支设本工程模板采用木模板,加固方式采用钢
