(B) the measures in order to solve the problems existing in the financial management of villages and towns, further 郑州市中心区铁路跨线桥工程第二标段 施工投标文件施工组织设计1、主要施工方法1.1、项目概况1.1.1、工程地理位置郑州市中心区铁路跨线桥工程位于郑州市中心区域,向东连接解放路、东西大街、郑汴路,向西连接建设路、郑上路
15、,是横贯城市东西的城市枢纽干道。同时,又是城市西区与二七广场、火车站地区的一个重要联络通道,贯通连接城市东西区。1.1.2、本标段工程范围及内容桥梁自河医立交二层预留口向东跨越京广北路、西中和路后,跨越京广、陇海两大铁路干线,向东跨越铭功路、福寿街,在民主路落地。全桥总长1675m,其中主桥长460m,西引桥长724.2m,东引桥长377m,另有建设路跨金水河地面桥一座。本标段起自河医立交,东至二七广场,主桥起止里程为K0+723.193K1+185.519,全长462.026m。以高架方式沿建设路布线,上跨京广、陇海两大铁路干线。本标段施工范围为主桥、主桥范围内的地面道路、排水、管线工程和声
16、屏障工程。1.1.3、本标段工程设计方案主桥跨铁路线部分为双塔单索面斜拉桥,跨径组合为(106+248+106)m460m,桥宽33m,中心梁高为3.49m,主梁断面为三箱斜腹板箱梁,边箱为三角形,底宽为7m,顶宽33m。桥下净空大于8.5m。主桥墩为矩形花瓶状,主塔为实心H型钢筋混凝土结构,梁面以上高64.5m,塔梁固结,塔顶景观构筑物高5m,避雷装置高20m,其中塔顶景观构筑物为可转动球状晶体,内置光源。斜拉索按扇形布置,索塔上拉锁交错锚固。斜拉索按扇形布置,索塔上拉索交错锚固。西侧主桥采用挂篮施工跨越铁路货运线,东侧主桥墩身和承台接合处设平转构造球铰,转体长度120m,转体重量15960

18、:35m每个车道宽度:3.75、3.5m路幅宽度:3060m路面类型:沥青混凝土其他技术标准按现行标准、规范执行。1.1.5、工程施工条件1.1.5.1、地形地貌及气候特征郑州市中心区,地貌为黄河冲积平原,地面高程100103米,地形平缓。属暖湿带大陆性季风气候,气候温和,四季分明。年平均气温为14.2,一月份最低,七月份最高。雨水多集中在69月份,年平均降水量为640毫米。平均初霜日在11月上旬,终霜日在次年3月下旬,全年无霜期217天。地面最大冻土深度20厘米。夏季多东南风,冬季多西北风,平均风速在3.0米/秒左右。1.1.5.2、地质条件根据钻孔资料:在场内100m勘探深度内均未见基岩,
19、出露地层有第四系全新统人工填土层(Q4me)、第四系中、上更新统冲洪积层(Q2-3a1-P1)。主要土层自上而下分别为填筑土、亚砂土、粉砂、亚粘土及砂质胶结层等。1.1.6、本标段主要工程项目及数量1.1.6.1、主要工程项目本标段为一座双塔单索面斜拉桥。主要工程项目包括钻孔桩82根、承台14个、墩身14座、转体现浇箱梁120m、挂篮悬浇箱梁268m、支架现浇箱梁72m、人行道工程及附属工程一项。1.1.6.2、主要工程数量(1)混凝土数量: 44443.2m3(2)钢材钢筋: 6378.5t预应力钢绞线: 501.94t32螺纹钢筋: 104.5t钢料: 212.6t(3)斜拉索斜拉索(7钢
20、丝): 852.9t锚具: 11552套(4)波纹管: 73767m(5)支座: 16个(6)球铰: 1个(7)伸缩缝(320型): 68.5m(8)桥梁钻孔桩: 82根1.1.7、本标段工程特点、重点及难点1.1.7.1、本工程特点本标段桥梁为城市跨既有铁路桥梁,桥位处为市中心建筑群,桥梁跨越郑州市重要的铁路枢纽,线下有京广铁路、陇海铁路及货运专线和车辆维修库等,属既有铁路线旁施工,施工场地小,施工防护难度大。本标段工程规模大,桥梁转体长60.5m+59.5m,转体面积为3993 m2,转体重量高达159600KN,技术复杂,工艺先进,施工难度大。本标段主桥采用三箱斜腹板式大断面扁平预应力混
21、凝土箱梁,箱梁顶宽33米,底宽7m,高3.49m。需采用宽幅挂篮施工,宽幅挂篮设计、挂篮施工技术含量高,施工线形控制难度大。本标段桥梁位于郑州市中心区,施工场地小,施工安全防护及减少噪音要求高。本标段工程工期总工期710天,工期紧。1.1.7.2、本工程重点本工程重点为钻孔桩施工、大体积混凝土承台施工、主跨斜拉桥悬浇施工、斜拉桥转体施工、斜拉索安装与调索施工和施工监控。(1)孔桩施工主桥2#、3#墩采用29根1.8m95/98m钻孔桩基础,桩基础受力较大,桥址处地质条件差,100m勘探深度未见基岩,不宜直接作为桥基持力层,设计采用孔底压浆措施保证桩底承载力,是本标段施工的重点工程之一。(2)大
22、体积混凝土承台施工2#、3#墩承台采用八边形结构,平面尺寸为21.826.8m,厚4.3m/3m,为特大体积混凝土结构,施工时需采用冷却水管及调整混凝土配合比等措施降低水化热。另外由于该桥位于市中心,混凝土采用商品混凝土,道路拥堵现象时有发生,浇筑大体积混凝土用时较长,中间环节极易出现问题,因此承台大体积混凝土浇筑是本标段施工的重点之二。(3)斜拉桥悬浇施工本标段斜拉桥为双塔单索面斜拉桥,孔跨布置为106m+248m+106m,全长为460m。辅助墩和交界墩之间的梁体采用支架法施工;跨货运专线采用宽幅挂篮悬浇施工;由于箱梁为扁平形大断面箱梁,挂篮设计和箱梁悬浇施工技术含量高,线形控制难度大,是
23、本标段施工和重点之三。(4)拉桥转体施工斜拉桥跨客运线的桥梁转体长为60.5m+59.5m,转体面积为3993 m2,转体重量高达159600KN,包括铰座上转盘、桥墩墩身、塔、主梁、斜拉索同时转体,且转体段跨越既有铁路枢纽京广线、陇海线、货运线及有关车辆维修车间等,要点难度大。转体施工技术含量高,施工复杂是本标段施工的重点之四。(5)斜拉索安装与调索施工斜拉索安装与斜拉索的挂设张拉及调索,关系到桥梁的成败,是本标段工程施工的重点之五。(6)施工监控本标段桥梁结构技术含量高,结构复杂,工艺新颖,其施工监控也是本标段工程施工的一大重点。1.1.7.3、本工程难点(1)既有铁路线防护本标段为既有铁
