11、aining界沟矿副井井筒-5.5M-325M段内壁施工安全技术措施编 写: 安 检 科:审 核: 工 程 科:项目经理: 总工程师:施工单位:河南煤炭建设(集团)有限责任公司界沟项目部编制日期:二四年六月五日界沟矿副井井筒冻结基岩段施工安全技术措施一 工程概况:副井井筒现已施工至垂深286.8m,原设计从垂深288.8米垂深325m为冻结基岩段,设计深度为36.2m,井筒设计净直径为6m。副井井筒基岩段从垂深323米垂深325m为过渡段,井壁厚度由设计的1450mm800 mm。冻结基岩段井壁采用钢筋砼支护,砼强度等级为C45, 二 地质及水文地质概况:副井井筒冻结基岩段地层为下部煤系地层,
12、岩层有泥岩、炭质泥岩、细砂岩和煤,其中以泥岩为主。副井井筒冻结基岩段砂岩地层裂隙较发育,在该段施工时采取锚网进行临时支护。三、施工方法:副井井筒冻结基岩段施工采用短段掘砌混合作业方法,浅孔光面爆破,采用2m段高整体金属模板短段掘砌循环作业方式。(一) 掘进1、钻爆器材的选择凿岩机:采用FJD-6型伞钻凿岩。钻杆:选用直径26mm中空六角钢钻杆,长度4.0m。炸药:选用岩石水胶炸药,药卷规格为45400mm,每卷重为800g。钻头:选用50mm“十”字合金钻头。雷管:选用1-5段毫秒延期电雷管。启爆电源:采用380伏动力电源。联线方式:串并联联线方式。2、炮眼参数炮眼深度:钻眼深度为1.8m。炮
13、眼数目:掏槽眼采用一阶直眼掏槽,掏槽眼深2米,圈径为1.6米,眼距838mm,布置6个炮眼,中心布置一个空心眼。周边眼:井筒掘进直径为8.9米,炮眼布置圈径为8.6米,眼距为620mm,共布置42个炮眼,眼深1.8米,最小抵抗线为650mm。辅助眼:共布置三圈炮眼,第一圈圈径为3.4米,布置12个炮眼,眼深为1.8米,眼间距为890mm,第二圈圈径为5.2米,布置24个炮眼,眼距为907mm。炮眼总数为6+12+18+24+42=102个。循环炸药消耗量:掏槽眼:630.8=14.4kg辅助眼: (12+18+24) 20.8=86.4kg周边眼:4210.8=33.6kg每循环炸药消耗量:1
14、4.4+86.4+33.6=134.4kg附副井井筒冻结基岩段施工炮眼布置及爆破图表。3、装岩采用0.6m3长绳悬吊抓岩机装岩。4、提升、运输:选用2JK-3.5/15.5型提升机,配备4 m3吊桶,一套单钩提升,挂钩式自动翻矸装置,汽车排矸。 (二)砌壁冻结基岩段井壁为单层素砼结构,厚度为1450mm,标号C45,采用2米段高整体金属模板砌筑砼。围岩破碎段根据实际情况采用锚喷或锚喷挂网作为临时支护,确保每个段高的施工安全。(三)砼的制作及运输地面设自动上料,电子计量的砼搅拌站,2.0m3底卸式吊桶运送砼,砼经吊盘上的分灰器、活节管溜入模板内,多台振动棒振捣。砼必须严格按试验室提供的配合比进行
15、搅拌,FS-A防水剂掺量为水泥用量的8%, C45砼的配合比为水泥砂子石子水=11.492.450.44。四、劳动组织副井井筒冻结基岩段施工直接工采用“滚班”作业制,辅助工采用“三八”作业制,采用一个专业打眼班、一个砼浇筑班同两个综合班组相结合的组织形式,综合班组负责出矸、清底等工作。专业打眼班专门负责打眼、放炮工作,以保证凿岩速度和凿岩质量。砼浇筑班专门负责绑扎钢筋、脱模、砌壁等工作。 五、通风系统井筒施工期间,利用局扇向井筒工作面进行压入式通风。即风机设在翻矸平台上,风筒用600毫米胶质风筒,风机选用JBT62型,功率为28KW两台,其中一台备用。六、工程质量标准1、井筒质量:净半径不小于
16、设计尺寸,不大于设计30mm;2、井壁厚度1450毫米,局部不得小1420毫米;3、脱模后井壁表面光滑,无蜂窝麻面。4、接茬严密,无台阶和脱节现象,封口处要平滑。5、砼强度达到设计要求,每2030米井筒做一组砼抗压强度试验。七、质量保证措施1、打眼时必须看线操作,严格按爆破说明书布孔、装药联线,起爆后,欠挖部分必须用风镐刷够,以保证砼井壁支护厚度。其爆破参数可根据围岩情况而进行适当调整。2、加强职工的质量意识教育,认真学习井巷验收规范和质量标准,提高职工技术操作素质。3、加强井筒中心线管理,中心线放到工作面,使用前应有专人乘罐自上而下检查一遍,以防井筒中心线被刮偏,坠砣重量符合使用要求。4、每
17、100米测量人员负责复测井筒和垂直程度,并做好记录。5、使用的原材料必须符合要求,有出厂合格证及检验报告和原材料复试抽验报告。6、砼的配制严格按配合比进行,严格控制水灰比。7、脱模找正时队长、技术员入井亲自指挥。找正时模板上下检查点不少于8个。模板要由各班验收员负责,严格按测量所给中心线稳立模板,模板要操平找正。8、做好班组自检,每节模检查要认真做好记录。9、井筒浇筑砼时,必须认真进行机械振捣,责任要明确,分片包干,挂牌留名,保证井壁砼密实,砼脱模后表面光滑,无蜂窝麻面。八、安全技术措施(一)凿岩爆破1、打眼前必须对工作面进行安全检查,及时将井帮上浮矸及模板、吊盘上活矸清理干净,方可进行施工,
