22、2.7米,南北宽15.2米,层高为2.8米,建筑面积:7656m2。框架剪力墙结构,桩基上基础为钢筋砼筏板基础,基础采用刚性砼防水与卷材防水相结合的防水方法,上部为钢筋砼剪力墙结构,地下室、一、二层为加强层,内外填充墙采用加气砼砌块,楼板为现浇钢筋砼楼板,钢筋砼保温防水屋面,楼地面为水泥楼面、铺地砖楼地面,内墙抹灰及贴瓷砖,刷乳胶漆,外墙为瓷砖及涂料墙面,天棚为乳胶漆,门窗为木门及塑钢门窗。水电暖设施齐全。2、工程施工特点1、本工程施工质量为合格。1.2、设施齐全,单体量大,各专业需与土建密切配合,合理穿插,保证工程施工的顺利进行。第二章、临时设施及现场平面布置经现场初步勘察:材料、设备应分别
