43、“绿宝”国标合格产品。(二)、施工注意事项1、按照施工图进行清管,对存在的问题提出补救措施。2、按照设备功能及极性对导线颜色进行规定,以便查线及今后维修。3、为防止吊顶上安装的设备传输线裸露,在设备上方吊顶上加装接线盒。4、在有吊顶的部位,为了不影响装饰效果,对吊顶上设备的连线预留适当长度,避让喷头、灯具及风口。并使所安装设备横竖成线。5、为防止潮湿及灰尘,探测器底座及管盒连接处孔洞用密封胶密封。6、点型探测器底座安装后用塑料袋包裹以防污染,待具备条件时安装探测器。7、联动系统调试按照联动对象逐点调试,首先控制模块不带负荷通电检查,检查模块动作是否正常,模块动作正常后再与被控对象接线调试。8、
44、接线端子箱,控制器及设备连线画接线端子图,按接线端子图接线,接线时加套机械打印的号码管。(三)、施工方法1、管线敷设和工艺要求(1)消防报警系统导线敷设完毕后,应用500V的兆欧表测量绝缘电阻,每回路对地绝缘电阻值应大于20M。(2)强电和弱电线路分开敷设;额定工作电压不超过50V时导线的电压等级不应低于交流250V,额定电压超过50V时,导线的电压等级不应低于交流500V,穿入导线或槽内不得有接头和扭结,起接头在接线盒内用端子连接;(3)消防控制中心内走线设电缆槽保护,进线孔做安全防护;(4)走线无扭曲脱落现象,管线经过建筑物的变形缝(包括沉降缝、伸缩缝、抗震缝等)处,应采用补偿措施;(5)
45、管槽内的线缆无接头,敷设在或潮湿场所管路的管口、管子连接处均作密封处理,在用钢管敷设时,钢管不应有折扁和裂缝,联动管路外刷防火涂料,切断口应挫平。2、消防控制室内控制器安装(1)消防报警控制屏底边距地面高度为0.2m,其靠近门轴的侧面距墙为0.5m;正面的操作距离为1.2m;(2)消防报警联动控制台前操作距离为2m;控制台操作员工作的一面至墙的距离为3M;控制台后便于维护距离为1m;(3)消防报警控制屏应安装牢固,不得倾斜。安装在轻质墙上时,应采取加固措施;(4)消防报警控制屏的主电源引入线,应直接与消防电源连接,严禁使用电源插头,主电源应有明显标志;(5)消防报警控制屏的接地,应牢固,并有明显标志;(6)引入消防报警控制屏的电缆或导线,应符合下列要求;1)配线应整齐,避免交叉,并应固定牢固;2)电缆芯线和所配导线的端部,均应标明编号,并与图纸一致,字迹清晰不易褪色;3)端子板的每个接线端,接线不得超过2根;4)电缆芯和导线,应留有不小于20Cm的余量;5)导线应绑扎成束;6)导线引入线穿线后。在进线管处应封堵。3、 烟温探测器安装(1)探测
