14、11);(3)混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范GB50204-2002(2010年版);(4)铁路隧道喷锚构筑法技术规范(TB10108-2002)、(J159-2002);(5)锚杆喷射混凝土支护技术规范(GB50086-2001);(6)地下工程防水技术规范(GB50108-2008);(7)地下防水工程施工质量验收规范(GB50208-2002);(8)建筑与市政降水工程技术规范(JGJ/T11198);(9)城市轨道交通工程测量规范(GB50308-2008);(10)国家、四川省及成都市现行有效的其他施工及验收规范、标准。5)成都市建设委员会关于完善施工现场安全管理人员配备的实施意见(
15、成建委发 【2008】101 号文件);6)成轨建司发(2011)18 号文成都轨道交通建设工程重大危险源安全管理办法;7)成都轨道交通有限公司建设分公司发20125 号文关于加强地铁3号线“重、特大危险源”安全管理的通知;8)城市轨道交通地下工程建设风险管理规范(GB50652-2011);9)既有线铁路施工有关规定;10) 中铁成都投资发展有限公司有关管理办法;11) 现场施工调查资料。1.2编制原则以“高起点、高标准、高质量”地完成本工程任务为宗旨,坚持“安全第一,质量为本,注重环保”的施工原则。1)严格执行国家、四川省及成都市有关工程建设的政策、法律、法规和管理办法;2)严格遵守合同协
16、议和合同文件的要求,满足业主对工程安全、质量、工期、文明施工及环境保护方面的要求;3)充分领会设计意图,结合工程特点,采用科学合理、技术先进、经济适用的施工方案;4)施工现场总平面安排和空间布置统筹利用,合理布局,减少干扰,满足文明施工及环境保护要求;5)施工程序统筹优化,施工顺序部署合理,施工方案科学可行,施工方法先进成熟,技术措施有效可靠,满足工程质量标准、分阶段工期和总工期的要求。6)劳动力组织安排和主要材料采购供应计划合理周全、具体详尽,满足施工方案和进度要求;施工机械设备配置齐全,搭配合理,先进适用,并有备用,满足施工方法及工艺要求。1.3适用范围本安全专项施工方案仅适用于成都市地铁
17、3号线一期工程 设计起点红牌楼南站矿山法区间工程。2、工程概况2.1工程位置成都地铁3号线一期工程土建1标设计起点红牌楼南站区间为矿山法区间,位于佳灵路老川藏立交跨线桥出城方向右侧下方,线路从设计起点沿佳灵路南北方向走向,下穿西环铁路后进入红牌楼南站。2.2设计概况设计起点红牌楼南站区间线路总长477.90m,其中左线隧道长207.95m,右线隧道长269.95m。左线里程范围为ZDK19+743.35ZDK19+951.80,右线里程范围为YDK19+681.350YDK19+951.80,区间与车站分界里程为ZDK19+951.30。区间下穿西环铁路范围:左线隧道长81m,里程范围为ZDK
18、19+784ZDK19+803;右线隧道长81m,里程范围为YDK19+786YDK19+805。左线隧道与既有线交叉点对应西环线里程为K4+692.5、右线隧道与既有线交叉点对应西环线里程为K4+676.8,隧道中线与既有线交叉点对应西环线里程为K4+687。详见附图1:设计起点红牌楼南站区间隧道结构平面布置图。2.2.1结构设计1)结构形式及断面设计本区间工程采用马蹄形断面,复合式衬砌结构,单洞单线隧道直线及曲线段A型衬砌内净高为5.576m,内净宽为5.2m;单洞双线B1型衬砌内净高为7.546m,内净宽为9.8m;B2型衬砌内净高为7.685m,内净宽为10.1m。A型结构断面见图2-

20、厚0.35m上下台阶法50mm双线B1型厚0.45mCRD法100mm双线B2型厚0.45mCRD法100mm2.2.2结构防水设计区间隧道结构防水等级为二级,结构不允许漏水,结构表面可有少量湿渍,总湿渍面积不大于总防水面积的2/1000,任意100m2防水面积上的湿渍不超过3处,单个湿渍的最大面积不大于0.2m2;其中,隧道工程还要求平均渗水量不大于0.05L(m2.d),任意100m2防水面积上的渗水量不大于0.15L(m2.d)。本区间隧道防水体系为衬砌结构自防水、接缝防水,以及初衬与二衬之间全包附加防水夹层。初衬结构自防水为C25、P6早强混凝土,二衬结构自防水C35、P10钢筋混凝土
21、;接缝防水分为施工缝及变形缝接缝防水;全包附加防水夹层采用2.0mm厚单挂式单面自粘改性沥青聚酯胎防水卷材。2.3工程地质及水文地质2.3.1地质构造依据地质钻探情况,本工程左右线位于中密砂卵石地层中,卵石含量约65%70%,粒径一般为310cm,磨圆度较好,含少量漂石,充填物为砂砾、细砂、中砂。隧道上方覆土层自上而下依次为1.8m5.7m的杂填土、1.0m4.2m的粉质粘土,细砂及卵石土层。地质条件较差。2.3.2岩土层特征经勘察查明,在本车站钻探揭露深度范围内,场地土主要由第四系全新统人工填土层(Q4ml),第四系全新统冲洪积层(Q4al+pl),白垩系上统灌口组(K2g)组成。各层土的构
22、成和特征分述如下:(一)第四系全新统人工填筑土层(Q4ml)(1-1)杂填土:杂色,松散,稍湿。主要以回填的碎石、砖块、近期拆迁遗留的建筑垃圾及原建筑基础和地坪残迹为主。车站内普遍分布,层厚1.33.6m。(二)第四系全新统冲洪积层(Q4al+pl)(2-2)粉质粘土:黄褐色、灰黄色、褐灰色,可塑,局部呈硬塑状,稍有光泽反应,无摇振反应,干强度中等,韧性中等,主要由粘粒组成,含少量粉粒,手搓捻略有砂感。本车站层厚为1.23.3m。(2-3)粉土:灰黄色、灰色,稍湿湿,密实,无光泽反应,摇振反应中等,干强度低,韧性低,含云母,局部含有少量粘性土。层厚约0.61.8m。(2-4)细砂:灰黄色、褐黄
23、色,稍湿饱和,松散,主要成分为长石、石英,次为云母,局部夹少量卵石。该层呈透镜体状分布卵石顶面及以透镜体在卵石层中,层厚约0.42.4m。(2-6)卵石土:褐灰色、浅灰色、灰黄色,潮湿饱和,稍密密实为主,局部松散。卵石成分以岩浆岩、变质岩类岩石为主。磨圆度较好,以亚圆形为主,少量圆形,分选性差,中风化微风化。卵石含量一般6070%,粒径以215cm为主,最大粒径达20cm,充填物主要为细砂及圆砾。该层在本车站场地内广泛分布,层厚为22.3023.70m。卵石土根据成都地区建筑地基基础设计规范(DB51/T5026-2001),按卵石颗粒含量和N120动力触探将其分为松散卵石、稍密卵石、中密卵石
