15、面3.2.8 PT/LA柜 3面3.2.9发电机出口及中性点连接结构 1套4 作业人员的资格和要求4.1所有施工人员在作业前必须接受过三级安全教育,熟悉安全工作规程并经过考试合格。4.2经过施工技术安全交底后,所有施工人员应能明确自己的施工质量要求和安全规定。4.3起重工、操作工持证上岗,熟悉所操吊车的性能和安全运行要求。5 作业所需的机械、工器具5.1磨光机 2台5.2切割机 1台5.3 链条葫芦 5T 4只5.4力矩扳手 2套5.5 25T吊车 1台5.6台钻 1台5.7常用工具:水平尺、平扳手、锉刀、撬棒、钢直尺、卷尺、钢锯、悬锤等。6 施工准备6.1 主要材料设备准备6.1.1所有材料
16、、设备应有合格证及相关试验报告,铁构件应进行热镀锌处理。6.1.2主材:审核施工图纸,并按照施工实际所需型号、规格、数量在施工前到位,槽钢、钢板、扁铁等构件应采用热镀锌、并符合设计要求。6.1.3辅材:明确设备配套供货的范围,估算施工实际所需规格、数量(非标件应明确使用要求),根据设备安装进度计划及时采购到位。6.1.4消耗性材料:根据近期内准备进行的施工内容及消耗性材料库存情况及时备足。6.1.5设备:根据现场施工进度编制设备到货计划,设备宜在具备安装条件前35天运至现场并在施工区域开箱检查,并做好开箱记录,进行安装准备。6.2施工现场条件准备6.2.1在土建施工时电气专业人员应与土建专业人
17、员密切配合,保证构件应平整,其厚度、尺寸、所开孔的数量、大小、位置应与设备的底脚一致,保证构件的安装方向与设备安装方向配合正确,保证柱头安装固定后构件标高准确、中心线位置与设备安装要求相符。在不能保证以上要求时,土建不得施工,以免因设备无法安装而导致返工。6.2.2其它设备的土建基础完成后应由土建专业精确放样,标出基础的中心位置与相应标高。6.2.3所有构支架安装完毕且通过验收。6.2.4有关土建项目全部移交并已办理交接手续。6.2.5施工场所杂物应清理干净,运输通道畅通。6.2.6施工场地照明要充足,临时用电符合安全要求。6.2.7施工用机械、工器具已落实。6.2.8所需脚手架已搭设结束并经
18、验收合格、挂牌。6.2.9发电机定子已就位。6.3 技术准备6.3.1施工图已到,技术人员应组织人员认真学习,理解设计要领,熟悉施工场地,了解土建施工进度。6.3.2技术人员应将施工图纸认真审核一遍,特别是配电装置的安全净距应满足要求,做好审核记录。及时通知设计人员到现场进行施工图交底和会审工作。6.3.3认真收集厂家技术资料,对制造厂有特殊要求的设备,应尽早的做好技术准备。6.3.4根据单位工程开工的要求,检查落实设备、材料、机械、工器具、现场条件、技术资料的准备,办理开工报告并进行审批。6.3.5对施工人员进行详细的技术交底并做好记录。7 作业程序:7.1 作业程序:土建基础交接设备开箱检
19、查、试验安装前准备验收签证安装结束前检查安装、调整8作业方法、工艺要求和质量标准8.1 设备到货验收共箱母线、励磁母线、封闭母线等主材必须有合格证,或材质报告,规格是否与设计相符,并做好验收记录。8.2 铝母线安装8.2.1施工前的准备及土建具备条件 a)与母线安装有关的土建基础,穿墙板及穿墙套管的预留孔洞。户外部分的钢架应施工完毕。基础构架的强度应达到允许安装的要求。现场清理干净。 b)土建施工时,有可能损坏已安装母线装置的工作或安装后不能进行的装饰工作应全部结束。8.2.2放线检查及定位 a)必须确保母线中心标高一致。 b)测定实际发电机纵向、横向、发电机中心线,将其反测到各安装平台 c)
20、测量主变压器纵向、横向、的中心线。测量厂用高压变压器纵向、横向的中心线,测定PT、励磁变压器柜的位置及标高,核对穿墙板及套管的位置及尺寸。 d)综合以上各测定位置作出封闭母线的中心线,各平台及室外钢架部分弹上墨线。三相中线以B相为基准。 e)为了尺寸调整,可将母线分段安装,各施工段时要考虑整体连接的尺寸要求。8.2.3母线的检查、摆放及安装 a)根据母线厂家提供的总装备表,分段装备表,检查其设备和运到预定位置。b)起吊封闭母线时必须使用尼龙绳或用套有橡皮软管的钢丝绳以防损伤母线。c)吊装过程中应注意外壳内的支撑应撑好,不得使母线一头受力于绝缘子上。母线应按照厂家的分段表,相序编号方向和标志,正
21、确放置。d)根据总布置图将各断母线找正就位,调整各相外壳的相间、高低中心尺寸,其最大误差不应超过5毫米。e)调整导体母线和接地外壳的同心度,最大误差不应超过5毫米。f)为防止发电机出口短路,要求封闭母线与发电机连接的联箱相间完全隔离。g)母线各段间的氩弧焊接需由专业的焊工焊接,焊丝的材质与母线同材质。h)伸缩节安装按照设计图纸和厂家装配图进行施工,安装后连接板与外壳之间的安全距离应符合设计要求。i)母线支架,外壳短路板、励磁变基础、PT柜基础等均应可靠接地。并导通良好。j)母线连接后,进行内部清扫、封闭:封闭母线外壳,内壁,绝缘子表面,内部导体,均应清洁无灰尘,绝不可以遗留杂物在封闭母线内部。
