16、2.1现场自然条件2.1.1地理位置XX医院位于银川市金风区贺兰山中路与正源北街交汇处的东北侧,现银川市金风区银丰村南侧。正源北街过景观水道艾伊河南段路段正在建设中,进场道路主要靠从贺兰山中路通向银丰村的乡村道路,交通便利。2.1.2现场气象条件场区全年盛行风向为西北偏北风,夏季盛行风向为南风,冬季盛行风向为偏北风,降水少,蒸发大,日照充足、温差大,春季多风而干旱,冬季寒冷而漫长,为典型的大陆性季风气候,基本气象要素如下: 年平均气压:889.9hPa 年平均气温:8.8 最热月平均气温:23.6 最冷月平均气温: -8.1 极端最高气温: 41.4 极端最低气温:- 28.00 平均水气压:
17、 7.9hPa 年平均相对湿度:57% 年平均降水总量:203.4mm 一日最大降雨量: 95.4mm 年平均蒸发总量 :1774.4mm 年平均风速:2.5m/s 最大风速:21.0m/S 最大冻土深度:1.09m 年最多冻融循环次数:85times2.1.3场址地形及地质情况场地地貌单元隶属黄河冲击平原的级阶地,本场区地基土为中软场地土,土层稳定无不良地质作用存在,建筑场地类别为类。场区环境类别为类。整个场区地势相对较平坦。依据XX建筑设计研究院对新区医院进行的岩土工程勘察提供的资料,分层如下:(1)、素填土层:褐色,稍密,湿,可塑状态,含少量砖屑,煤屑,土质均匀性较差,以粘性土为主。层底
18、埋深2.80-3.0米。(2)、粉质粘土:褐色、灰褐色、黄褐色,湿,可塑-硬塑状态,层底埋深4.80-6.1米,夹灰褐色有机质粉质粘土,粉质粘土,粘土薄层。(3)、4.8米以下是粉细砂层:上部以粉砂为主,中下部以细砂为主。场区地下水属潜水类型,实测地下静止水位平均位置在1105.80m,水位年变幅在1.0-1.5m之间。地下水的补给来源为大气降水及地下水侧向补给,地基土层渗透系数为(1.5-2.0)10-3cm/s。 2.2工程综述区医院拟建的新区医院规划总用地面积为116720m2总建筑面积为114340 m2,其中住院部大楼、医技楼、门诊楼是拟建医院的三个主要建筑物,并用连廊连成一体。住院
19、部大楼地下一层,地上12层,钢筋砼框架剪力墙结构,建筑面积46702 m2;医技楼地下一层,地上5层,钢筋砼框架剪力墙结构,建筑面积25074m2;门诊楼地上5层,钢筋砼框架结构,建筑面积23025m2。三个建筑室内0.00均统一为1109.40。住院部大楼基础为梁板式筏形基础,平面呈弧状,直线部分长107.5米,弧线,内弧长15.2米,最宽处为35.45米,筏板垫层底标高为-10.4米。医技楼地下一层,地下室底板为梁板式筏形基础,平面为矩形,全长96.6米,宽57.6米,筏板垫层(按150mm厚)底标高为-8.10米、-8.75米、-9.00米三个标高。门诊楼全长105米,宽58.8米,基础
20、为钢筋砼独立柱基础,基础底标高-4.00米。场地地表标高住院楼在1108.10-1109.90m(高差1.8m),医技楼在1108.70-1109.19m(高差0.49m),门诊楼在1108.46-1108.92m(高差0.46m)。本次招标范围三个建筑的土石方开挖及降水;医技楼、住院楼的基坑支护,门诊楼不做基坑支护。工期要求:土石方开挖及基坑支护25日历天,降水180日历天。3.施工部署3.1建立项目经理部管理机构、实施项目法管理工程项目确定后,成立具有精干、高效施工能力的项目经理部,由公司直属第五项目部承担该工程任务,由具有一级项目经理资质的崔成涛同志担任项目经理,全权负责该工程的现场生产
