2、东约15 km,矿区对外交通便利。区内地势较为平坦,井田走向长度7.0 km,倾斜方向长3.5 km。面积为21.39 km2。井田可采煤层4#煤层厚度为4.5 m,。煤层倾角平均为13。井田可采储量为134.61 Mt,新井设计生产能力为1.5 Mt/a,服务年限为64a。石台矿工作制度为“三、八”制,一面保产。开拓方式为立井两水平开拓,水平标高分别为-250 m,-700 m。矿井主井采用箕斗提煤,副井采用罐笼作为辅助提升。工作面采用走向长壁采煤法,采用集中布置,工作面斜长196 m,采煤工艺为大采高一次采全高。运输大巷采用胶带运输,辅助运输采用1.5 t固定式矿车运输。矿井采用采区式通风
3、,主扇工作方式为抽出式。专题部分:复合顶板条件下回采巷道锚杆支护技术。翻译部分:煤矿环保中的问题及对策。关键词: 立井开拓; 综合机械化采煤工艺; 大采高; 走向长壁采煤法; 锚网梁支护。ABSTRACTThis design contains three parts: the general part, the special part and the translated part.Huaibei mining bureau whose production capacity is 1.5Mt/a.It has ten chapters as follows: the outline of
4、 mine and mine field geology, boundary and reserves, working system and productive capacity and service life, development method of the mine, the main roadways, coal mining method and layout or roadways in working area, transportation of underground, mine lifting, mine ventilation and safety, main t
5、echniqueeconomic induces.Shitai Huaibei mining area is located in the city center from the east about 15 , outbound traffic to facilitate the mining area. Relatively flat topography of the region, the length of mine to 7.0 km, tilt the direction of long 3.5 km. An area of 21.39 km2. Mine coal seam t
6、o coal seam thickness of 4# 4.5 m,. Seam inclination averaged 13. Recoverable reserves for the mine 134.61Mt, the design production capacity of new wells 1.5Mt / a, length of service for 64 year. The working system is “3-8”. one productive places meet the requirement. The mode of development about t
7、he mine is shaft development. The mine has two levels, the first level locates in the level of 250 meters, the second in the level of 700 meters. The main shaft uses skip hoisting and the auxiliary shaft adopts cage hoisting. The working face adopts long wall retreating to the strike; its length is
8、196 meters. The technology of the working face is the top-coal caving mining. Flexible belt conveyor is used in the coal transportation., the auxiliary transportation uses 1.5t solid car. Mine ventilation using mining area, the main fan for the work out of style.the special part: Composite under the

20、及井田地质特征1.1矿区概况本部分将主要介绍石台矿区井田地质特征,包括矿井地层特征、可采煤层特征、主要断层、综合地质柱状图等内容。1.1.1井田位置及范围闸河煤田位于安徽省北部,北起徐州市以南6 km,南至濉溪县城。南北长约45 km,东西宽约48 km,面积约250 km2。石台煤矿隶属安徽省淮北矿业集团有限公司,位于闸河煤田中部偏东,西南距安徽省淮北市约15 km,东北距江苏省徐州市约40 km。石台井田地理坐标:X=3762770至3770193,Y=39489294至39495239。南北长3.3至7.5 km,东西宽2.0至4.9 km。设计面积约21.39 km2。1.1.2地形地
21、貌石台矿区地势平坦,由于山系影响,呈东北偏高,西南偏低的平原地形。矿区海拔标高:+32.0至+36.5 m。石台矿区内东有闸河、拦碱河,西有龙河,河流受季节影响。闸河、龙河均由北向南流经该井田,拦碱河位于闸河西侧,为静水河。矿区东西两侧有凤凰山、关山、萝卜山、程蒋山、方房山、香山。1.1.3交通条件石台矿区内有矿区专用铁路线,向南经符夹线至符离集站,北接龙海南连津浦可通往华东各工业城市。公路可直通徐州、宿州、阜阳等地区,在矿区北侧8 Km可进入连霍高速公路,东临合徐高速公路,与全国构成交通网路,对外交通颇为便利,交通位置如下图1.1所示。1.1.4自然地理石台煤矿位于淮北平原中部,属季风暖温带
22、,半湿润气候。夏季炎热多雨,冬季寒冷多风,春秋两季气候暖和,年平均温度14.5度,一年之中7、8月份天气最热,最高温度一般为35-40度。12月至次年2月天气最冷,最低温度一般为零下12至18度。土壤冻结深0.3 m。石台矿年平均降水量862.29 mm,降雨多集中在6至8月份的雨季。月最大降水量1500 mm。石台矿区春夏季以东南、东风为主,冬季多北风。年平均风速为3.1 m/s,其中月平均最大风速为3.7 m/s。9月份平均风速最小,为2.4 m/s。图1.1 石台煤矿交通示意图1.1.5水文地质影响该井田的地表水系主要有东侧闸河、西侧龙河、闸河由北向南流经该井田,洪水位一般为+35.90
23、 m,历年(1982年7月22日)的最高洪水位为36.586 m。拦碱河位于闸河西侧,为静水河,水位变化不大。龙河自北向南流经该井田,洪水位一般为+31.36 m,历年(1982年7月22日)的最高洪水位为32.26 m,另在龙河东侧有人工河道和塌陷积水。河流及塌陷积水均受季节控制。1.1.6其它1)供电:由马庄区域性变电所架35 kV线路两回路通至本矿工业广场内东侧35 kV变电所,线路总长15 km,导线型号:LGJ-70,线路电压35 kV,双回路,供全矿用电;2)供水:石台矿区所用水由塑里镇张庄村所建4口水源井,用4台300RJC185-1210型水泵,通过管路向已建成的几座蓄水池集水
