9、采用的锅炉设备是由哈尔滨锅炉厂有限公司制造的型号为HG2000/25.9-YM19超临界锅炉。该锅炉为变压运行、一次中间再热、单炉膛、平衡通风、固态排渣、全钢架悬吊结构、露天布置的型超临界锅炉,采用不带再循环泵的大气扩容式启动系统,采用四角切圆燃烧方式、低NOx燃烧器,32只燃烧器分8层布置。采用中速磨直吹式制粉系统,配北京电力设备总厂制造的8台ZGM133N-II型中速磨煤机。在锅炉BMCR工况下,6台运行2台备用。The boiler for 2x660 MW super critical coal fired thermal power project, the type of boil
10、er for NCC project is HG2000/25.9-YM19, made by Harbin Boiler Works, LTD. The boiler is type outdoor arrangement supercritical boiler with variable pressure operation, single intermediate reheat, single furnace, balanced draft, dry ash removal and total steel frame suspending structure. It has atmos
11、pheric flash type startup system without re-circulating pump and adopts tangential firing, low NOx combustion burners, 32 burners are arranged in 8 layers. The boiler is equipped with 8 units ZGM133N-II medium speed mills direct-fired system of Beijing Power Equipment Group, under BMCR condition, 6
12、mills are in operation 2 mill is standby.锅炉以最大连续出力工况(BMCR)为设计参数。在任何6台磨煤机运行时,锅炉能长期带BMCR负荷运行。Boiler takes maximum continuous rating (BMCR) as design parameter. When any 6 mills are operating the boiler can operate with BMCR load for long time.机组设高、低压两级串连旁路系统,汽轮机旁路系统的容量暂按锅炉BMCR工况的60设置;高低压旁路包括蒸汽控制阀、减温水控
