11、cadres in enterprise development in the支护施工(1) 大管棚施工南华隧道通道进口20m,卧龙端30m长管棚预支护,管棚布置见图18、19,施工工艺见图20。管棚设计参数:热轧无缝钢管108mm,壁厚6mm,节长4m、6m;环向间距中之中为40cm;钢管轴线与衬砌外缘线夹角13;钢管施工径向误差不大于15cm。钢管接头采用丝扣连接,丝扣长15cm。隧道纵向同一断面处的接头数不大于50%,相邻钢管的接头至少错开1m。管棚施工a配备电动油压钻机23台,用以钻孔及推进钢管。b采用C25砼套拱作为管棚导向墙,套拱内埋设I16、I18工字钢,工字钢与管棚钢管焊成整体
12、。导向管采用外径127mm4mm热扎无缝钢管,导向管单根长2m。施工过程中与钢拱架焊接成整体。c管棚的钢管:注浆孔采用注浆用钢花管,钢花管浆液渗滤布置如图所示(无缝钢管加工而成)。d管棚应按设计位置施工,钻机立轴方向必须准确控制,每钻完一孔便顶进一根长钢管。管棚施工顺序为自下而上。拱部管棚施工前必须架设拱部管棚施工平台。管棚施作时应先钻设钢花管,注浆凝固后再钻设无孔钢管。在无孔钢管的钻孔过程中应检查钢花管的注浆质量,当注浆质量达到要求时,再安装无孔钢管,并注浆时管周浆液饱满;当注浆质量达不到要求时,则安装钢花管并进行补充注浆。e为保证钻孔方向准确,应运用测斜仪测钢管钻进的偏斜度,当偏斜度较大适

14、:注浆压力逐步升高,达到设计终压并继续注浆15min以上;进浆量一般为2030L/min。注浆前应进行注浆试验,以调整注浆参数。施工中,管棚范围内的径向锚杆的布置根据管棚钢管位置进行局部调整。主要技术措施a.所有操作人员必须经过专门培训,并实行岗位责任制,在注浆前充分做好各项准备工作。b.认真检查注浆管路系统,包括混合器、接头、阀门等,如有破损立即更换,不好用的接头、阀门,不得使用,防止在高压下发生脱扣的危险事故。(2) 超前注浆小导管超前注浆小导管支护外插角1014,级围岩按拱部90范围布置,级围岩按拱部120范围布置。超前支护单根长4.5m,搭接长度不小于1.0m,端部焊接在钢架上。小导管
15、用热轧无缝钢管加工制成,直径42mm,壁厚4mm。小导管管壁应钻注浆孔,孔径8mm,孔间距10cm,成梅花型布置。尾部30cm不钻注浆孔作为止浆段。小导管加工图见图21。图21 小导管构造图当地层为土层且所含石块粒径小于15cm时,可利用摆锤将小导管直接打入;当地层为破碎岩层,小导管难以打入时,可利用风枪钻孔,然后插入导管。小导管打入地层后应对地段进行注浆,注浆材料采用纯水泥浆(w/c=1.0),地下水大时采用水泥-水玻璃浆,其参数为:水泥浆/水玻璃=1:0.8(体积比),整体性较好,可采用水泥砂浆(w/c=0.50.8),以充填导管孔,注浆水泥的强度等级为42.5。注浆异常现象处理发生串浆现
