10、型商场,位于药王大街北面,建筑高度为51.80米,总建筑面积约4.5万平方米。本建筑物所有给水排水均按高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。结合实际情况,根据建筑物的性质,用途,和室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备,具体的给排水系统设计如下:给水系统:本建筑地下一层至地上五层由室外市政管网直接供水,六至十层设有变频调速系统 和水泵、屋顶水箱相接合的给水方式;由于消火栓超过十个,需设两条引入管。从不同的方向引入。既保障了供水安全,又节约了能耗。排水系统:本设计采用污废水合流排放体制。管材采用了具有消声功能的螺旋UPVC排水管,升顶通气方式,为此可进一步提高环境质量。地下室内消防电梯井旁、泵房地面均设有集水坑和
11、废水提升装置。消防系统:该建筑防火等级属于中危险级级,设计内容包括消火栓系统,自动喷淋和水幕系统。在屋顶水箱间内设实验用消火栓装置,消火栓给水管网呈环状布置,各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮,能直接启动消防泵;室外设地下式水泵结合器,保证消防安全可靠。商场,走廊,办公间,电梯前室设闭式自动喷淋系统,自动扶梯旁的防火卷帘处设置水幕系统。雨水系统:该建筑为大型商场,座落于城市的繁华中心地带,因此对建筑立面要求较高,建筑的屋面高低落差较大故主要采用雨水内排水方式,以及少量的外排水。热水系统:由于该系统用水仅包括商场内服务人员和办公人员饮用开水,所以只设电开水加热设备。各系统中的立管设在管井内或沿墙敷设
