7、设计中,我们常常采用空心板、T型梁以及斜腹板小箱梁的截面形式,由于张拉预应力束的作用,预制梁往往会产生向上的反拱值,而且随着跨径的增大,预应力筋配置数量的增加,起拱度也会增大。当起拱度过大时会直接影响到桥面铺装层的厚度,不仅影响桥梁的美观,还会影响到行车舒适性和行车安全,严重时还会影响桥梁的使用寿命。所以,对预制梁反拱度的研究是具有很大意义的。本文以鹤哈高速公路和松花江公路大桥为工程背景,分析影响预制预应力混凝土桥梁的反拱度的影响因素,对预制梁上拱度的变化规律进行理论计算,并提出几种有效的控制预制梁上拱的措施,具体工作如下:1)分析了预制梁的起拱原因,对不同跨径不同截面形式的几种桥梁建立有限元
8、模型,计算不同张拉龄期下,预制梁反拱值随存梁时间增加的变化规律,针对两种上拱度较大的梁桥,分析湿度和普通钢筋配筋率的影响,并提出了负预拱度设置的方法。2)对国内外的几种混凝土徐变模型进行分析对比,并根据现场预制梁的早期实测数据,结合桥梁规范中的徐变系数计算公式,对实际桥梁徐变反拱的发展进行预测,并采用折减系数对理论计算公式进行修正。3)从改变预应力度的角度来降低预制梁的反拱度,对 30m预制 T梁和 30m小箱梁进行详细分析,降低预应力钢筋的配筋率,增加普通钢筋配筋率,计算它们在不同预应力度下的上拱挠度和安全性指标,提出将它们设计成具有较低预应力度的部分预应力 A类构件或者 B类构件的控制方法
9、。4)根据据前面分析的预制梁反拱的影响因素,分别从施工方面和设计方面,提出了预制梁反拱的控制措施,以供实际工程参考。关键词:预制预应力混凝土梁,反拱度,徐变模型预测,预应力度,预拱度设置- I - 哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文AbstractPrecast prestressed concrete bridge has simple structure, convenient constructionand good economic effect.It is also more likely to ensure the quality of constructionand speed up
10、 the progress of construction. So it is widely used on conventional bridgesand interchange bridge. On the design of the precast beams, we often take the hollowslab, T beam and oblique webs small box girders as the section shape, because of theprestressed tension, precast beams will produce the arch
11、value. In addition,and with theincrease of the span of bridge, we should configurate more prestressed rebarbundles,and the arch degree will be larger. The precast beem arch seriously can directly affectthe thickness of the bridge deck pavement. It has adverse effect not only on the beautyof bridge,
12、but also on the comfort and safety of driving ,A large arch may ever causethe strctural failure.So it is very significative on the reaserch of precast beam arch.We take He Ha highway and Song Hua river bridge as engineering background,andanalyse the factors that influence the arch of prestressed con
13、crete bridge.The changeregulation on precast beams arch will be calculated and some effective methods tocontrol the arch of beams will be put forward.The specific work in this paper are asfollows:1) Analysis the reasons of arch and builds up several finite model of different spanand different sectio
14、n form.Calculates at the different tension ages, with the increased oftime, the change rules of arch value. Analyzes the influence produced by the humidityand the ratio of the ordinary steel to two large arch bridges. Then put forward thenegative arch setting methods.2) Contrasts and analysis severa
15、l kinds of concrete creep model domestic andforeign. According to the measured datas of the precast beams, combined with thestandards of bridge creep coefficient formula to actual the creep of bridge archpredicting ,and use the reduction coefficient formula to amend the formular ontheoretical calcul
16、ation.3) From the point of view on lowering prestressed degree to reduce the arch degreeof the precast beams. Analysis 30 m prefabricated T beam and 30 m small box girderparticularly.
