1、丁字湾物质输运及水交换能力研究孙英兰 张越美(中国海洋大学环境科学与工程研究院,青岛266003)摘 要 通过建立丁字湾三维潮流模式、污染物输运模式计算了该湾COD浓度分布,定量分析了丁字湾的水交换能力,较为精确地计算出丁字湾内水交换率和水交换半更换期的空间分布。计算结果表明,当湾中部水交换50%时,湾口水交换达80%,湾底仅为20%40%;丁字湾湾口的半更换期为15d,湾中部为1820d,湾顶为2432d。关键词 丁字湾; 数值模型; 水交换; 半更换期 中图法分类号 P731.2 文章编号 1001-1862(2003)01-001-06A Numerical Model of Pollu

By numerical computation, this model gives the distribution of sea water exchange rate and semi-exchange period in Dingzi Bay with higher precision. The results show that the exchange rate is about 20%40% in the head of the bay ,80% in th

7、e Bohai Sea, the distributions of hydrographic factors are plotted for the whole area and for the section of 38.5N;also plotted are their seasonal variations in the typical areas. The characteristics of the temperature and salinity fields are summarized and the causes are analyzed, so as to provide
8、high resolution mean fields. The study shows that water temperature and salinity in the Bohai Sea response rapidly with obvious seasonal characteristics to the variation of certain factors such as climate factors and river flow etc., with a lag time of about one month. The residual current induced b

12、 the seasonal variation of the Kuroshio in the East China Sea was studied. The POM model was forced with water flux and wind stress. Special attention was paid to the chaos and particle traces in this area. The results show that disturbance arising from the shear stress within the Kuroshio area is t
13、he main reason for the occurrence of chaos and there exists an obvious seasonal variation of chaos in the region of the Kuroshio. 15、g 257000, China)Abstract Horizontal starch gel electrophoresis was used to analyze the genetic relation between the Chinese and Japanese sea bass. Sixteen putative enzyme-coding loci were examined from 146 individuals of Chinese sea bass and 40 individuals of Japanese sea bass. The proportions of po
16、lymorphicloci of Chinese and Japanese sea bass were 0.3750 and 0.4375 respectively. The observed heterozygosities of Chinese sea bass and Japanese sea bass were 0.028 3 and 0.032 4 respectively. The expected heterozygosity of Chinese sea bass and Japanese sea bass were 0.047 2 and 0.078 3respectivel
17、y. Isozyme analysis of genetic characters indicated a nearly complete replacement of alleles at loci LDH*, GPI1*, and GPI2*between Chinese and Japanese sea bass. The Neis genetic distance between Chinese and Japanese was 0.191 8, which was much longer than the distance among Chinese sea bass populat

Key words Chinese sea bass; Japanese sea bass; isozyme; genetic variation不同磷浓度及脉冲方式下孔石莼与亚心形扁藻间竞争的实验研究南春容 董双林 金 秋(中国海洋大学教育部水产养殖重点实验室,青岛266003)摘 要 用1次性培养法结合Monod 模型测定了大型海藻孔石莼和海洋微藻,亚心形扁藻磷限制下的生长动力参数,并在相同实验条件下观察2种藻类对不同磷浓度及脉冲方式的反应及竞争特征。结果显示:亚心形扁藻的种群密度随着磷脉冲的增大而增加;孔石莼在不同磷脉冲供给的培养系统中,保持基本稳定的生物量。在低磷浓度(0.

Platymonas subcordiformis responded to increased phosphorous pulses and dominated at high phosphorous availabili
