1、例题:角锥喇叭,建模尺寸,6in,4in,3in,5.16in,1.944,2.65,0.4in,0.9in,0.315in,Air box,Horn Antenna,The base of the Horn,一、创建工程,第一步:打开HFSS并保存新工程 打开 HFSS 软件后,自动创建一个新工程: Project1。 由主菜单选 FileSave as ,保存在指定的文件夹内,命名为horn。,一、创建工程,第二步:插入HFSS设计 由主菜单选 Project Insert HFSS Design,则一个新项目自动加入到工程树中,默认名 HFSSModel1。同时,在工程树的右侧出现绘图窗

Place the first rectangle on top of the 3D ante

Now move the cursor to one corner of the top of the antenna base, and click on it, then move the cursor to the opposite corner of the top of the antenna base and click again. The rectangle window is open.,Type funnel_base. Assign material to be vacuum. Choose Color and Trans

Note that the dimensions of the rectangle should match those of the top of the antenna base.,二、创建模型,Drawing the Horn Aperture Next, draw the 2D rectangle that represents the top of the funnel, or the aperture of the horn.,Click Rectangle icon or DrawRectangle. 7、ype in the following values: 0.972, 1.325, 5.475 for x, y and z, respectively. Then type the following values: -1.944 and -2.65 for dx and dy, respectively.,Type horn_top in the name field. 8、 2D Objects to Create the Funnel Now you can connect the 2D objects that make up the base and the top of the funnel to create the 3D, funnel-shaped object.,Choose the horn_top and funnel_base from the Model tree by holding down the Ctrl key. Go to 3D Modeler Surface connect. Name it funnel.,Note tha
9、t the object that is created as a result of connecting or uniting other objects can not be edited.
