3、但因其国际化刚刚开始,加之特殊的国情,中国企业国际化道路将困难而漫长,存在许多需要解决的特殊理论与实践问题。另一方面,现有企业国际化理论主要以西方发达国家企业为对象,其在我国的适用性有待进一步的检验。因而,以西方理论为基础,结合中国实际,就中国企业国际化问题进行讨论具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文在企业国际化相关理论回顾基础上,提炼出了国际化理论涉及的影响国际化的共同变量知识;然后以企业知识吸收能力为中间变量,提出并实证研究了企业国际化的可控影响因素,研究了知识吸收能力在企业国际化过程的中介效应。文章结构如下:第一部分为文献回顾,就企业国际化的资源基础理论、阶段理论、天生全球化理论以及知识共享理
4、论等进行了文献综述,提炼了企业国际化理论涉及的共同影响变量知识;第二部分为概念模型,构建了以企业人力资本水平、研发强度、知识共享机制以及沟通文化为前因变量,以知识吸收能力为中间变量的企业国际化概念模型;第三部分为研究设计与数据收集,设计了问卷,对问卷的效度和信度进行了检验,对数据收集进行了介绍;第四部分为结果与讨论,就论文相关假设进行了检验,就实证分析的结果进行了讨论。研究结论如下:人力资本水平、研发水平、企业沟通文化与企业国际化正相关,企业知识共享机制与企业国际化负相关;知识吸收能力在企业人力资本水平、知识共享机制以及企业沟通文化对国际化的影响中发挥了正的中介效应,而在研发水平对企业国际化的
5、影响中产生了负的中介效应。本文创新包括两个方面:一是以企业可控因素为视角研究企业国际化影响因素。不同于以往多从企业外部出发讨论国际化影响因素的研究,本文从组织变量出发,研究了企业国际化的可控影响因素,弥补了企业国际化影响因素理论的不足;二是明确且证实了知识吸收能力在企业国际化过程中的中介作用。关 键 词:企业国际化;知识吸收能力;中介效应论文类型:应用基础47ABSTRACTTitle:Research on Factors of Internationalization Based on Knowledge Absorptive CapacitySpeciality:Internationa

Further, internationalization is increasingly becoming an important way for enterprises
7、development. Compared with enterprises in developed countries, Chinese enterprises have the later-up advantage, whereas, their internationalization started late, the internationalization of Chinese enterprises would be a difficult and long road. There are still many theoretical and practical problem
8、s need to address. On the other hand, the existing theories on internationalization mainly target the Western developed countries and their applicability in our country is for further inspection. Thus, based on the Western internationalization theories, combined with Chinas reality, the discussion o
9、n issues of Chinese enterprises internationalization is of great theoretical and practical significance. Based on the review of the theory about enterprise internationalization, the thesis extracted a common important variable - knowledge; then the thesis creatively regarded knowledge absorptive cap
10、acity as the intermediate variable, proposed and empirically studied enterprise internationalizing controllable factors, as well as the intermediary effect knowledge absorptive capacity has on the enterprise internationalization process. The article was structured as follows: The first part is liter
11、ature review, concerning the resource-based theory ,progressive stage theory, born of globalization theory, and knowledge-sharing theory and other related theories, refining the common influential variable - - knowledge. The second part introduces the conceptual model of enterprise internationalizat
12、ion, in the model, level of human capital, R&D, knowledge-sharing mechanisms and communication culture are antecedent variables, knowledge absorptive capacity is looked upon as an intermediate variable. The third part is research design and data collection, including questionnaire design, test of th
13、e questionnaires validity and reliability, as well as an introduction of data collection. The fourth part is result and discussion, the hypotheses are tested, and the results of the empirical analysis are discussed. Conclusions are as follows: the level of human capital, R&D and communication cultur
14、e are positively related to enterprise internationalization; but knowledge-sharing mechanism is negatively related to enterprise internationalization. Knowledge absorptive capacity has positive intermediary effect on the influence human capital, knowledge sharing mechanism and communication culture
15、have on internationalization; at the same time, it has negative intermediary effect on the influence R&D has on internationalization. There are two innovations in the thesis: One is that the thesis viewed from the perspective of controllable factors. In the past, researchers always studied the influ
16、ence external environment outside the enterprises has on internationalization. Unlikely, this thesis started from the organizational variables to study controllable influencing factors, making up the theoretical deficiency about internationalization factors. The other is that the thesis analyzed and
17、 confirmed the intermediary role of knowledge absorptive capacity play in the process of internationalization.
