1、- - This British Standard was published under the authority of the Stand- ards Policy and Strategy Committee on 31 January 2010 - - W - - - - - - - - - - - 7- - -% - 7- - 7- - - 7- 750 mm and either a) for tests on data rooms (see 6.6.1), be constructed so that three walls and the ceiling of the tes
2、t specimen can be exposed to the same heating and cooling conditions with no direct flame impingement on the test specimen. The wall of the test specimen that is not exposed to flames shall form part of the furnace wall (see Figure 10). Alternatively, the side of the test specimen that is not expose
3、d to flames may be erected directly in front of the furnace wall. Any gaps between the test specimen and the furnace wall shall be sealed with mineral wool. b) for tests on data containers (see 6.6.1), be constructed so that the four walls and the ceiling of the test specimen can be exposed to the s
4、ame heating and cooling conditions with no direct flame impingement on the test specimen; c) for tests on wall panels (see 6.6.2) for the impact test, be constructed so that the test specimens can be exposed to the same heating conditions with no direct flame impingement on the test specimen; d) for
5、 a comparison test made on floor constructions resp. alternative wall or ceiling constructions (see 6.6.3), be constructed so that the test specimens can be exposed to the same heating conditions with no direct flame impingement on the test specimen. The furnace pressure measured at a distance of 10
6、0 mm below the test specimen shall be 5 0 20 Pa. NOTE The distance to the internal walls of the furnace is not considered. - - EN 1047-2:2009 (E) 17 With the exception of 6.2.1 d), the setting of the neutral pressure level in the furnace is made in accordance with 5.2.2.1 of EN 1363-1:1999. 6.2.2 Im
7、pact test equipment in accordance with 7.2 of EN 1363-2:1999 allowing the pendular fall of a lead shot filled bag with a total mass of 200 kg through a drop height of 1,5 m to cause a 3 000 Nm impact energy against the test sample. 6.2.3 Thermocouples type K (NiCr-Ni) with an accuracy conforming to
8、EN 60584-1 for measuring the furnace temperatures. The thermocouples used shall be mineral insulated thermocouples in accordance with EN 61515 with an external diameter of 3 mm and with a bare measuring point of at least 25 mm. 6.2.4 Thermocouples consisting of 0,5 mm diameter wires, type K (NiCr-Ni
9、) with an accuracy conforming to EN 60584-1 for measuring the temperatures in the test specimen. The measurement results shall be noted at intervals not greater than 5 min. 6.2.5 Humidity sensors for measuring the air humidity in the test specimen during the fire endurance test in the range 45 % to
10、85 % relative air humidity and capable of operating over the temperature range 15 C to 75 C with an error limit of o 3 % maximum of the indicated relative air humidity value. The relative air humidity value shall be noted at intervals not greater than 5 min. 6.2.6 Thermocouples for the measurement o
11、f the ambient temperature conforming to 4.5.1.5 of EN 1363-1:1999. 6.2.7 Devices for checking the integrity conforming to 4.5.5 of EN 1363-1:1999. 6.2.8 Timing device capable of running continuously throughout the test period. 6.2.9 Equipment for weighing, respectively, test specimens and components
12、 with an error limit of 3 %. 6.3 Preparation of test specimens 6.3.1 Data room and data container test specimens shall be erected in the test furnace according to the manufacturers instructions. 6.3.2 Measurement devices in the test specimens of data rooms (see 5.1 and 5.2), data containers (see 5.3
13、), floor constructions (see 5.4), wall and ceiling constructions respectively (see 5.5) and other construction variants (see 5.6) shall be installed so that: a) the thermocouples and humidity sensors are supported at the defined positions (6.3.4, 6.3.5. and 6.3.7) by structures which have such small
14、 thermal mass that their presence does not significantly influence the measurement results and the temperature increase; b) gaps around cables passing through entry holes in the floor or unexposed walls shall be sealed with silicone as well as additionally with mineral wool, ceramic fibre or similar

16、 Test specimens shall be empty except for thermocouples and humidity sensors required by 6.3.4, 6.3.5 and 6.3.7. 6.3.4 For the fire endurance test of data rooms type A and B (see 6.6.1), install thermocouples (see 6.2.4) and humidity sensors (see 6.2.5) inside the test specimen at the following meas
17、uring points: a) four thermocouples in the upper corners, each at a distance of (100 o 10) mm from the ceiling and the walls (see Figure 5, measuring points 1, 3, 5 and 7); b) four thermocouples in the middle of the lateral walls, each at a distance of (100 o 10) mm from the ceiling and the walls (s
18、ee Figure 5, measuring points 2, 4, 6 and 8); c) four thermocouples half-way up the test specimen, in the corners, each at a distance of (100 o 10) mm from the walls (see Figure 5, measuring points 10, 12, 14 and 16); - - EN 1047-2:2009 (E) 19 d) one thermocouple in the middle of each wall surface a
19、t a distance of (100 o 10) mm from this surface (see Figure 5, measuring points 9, 11, 13, 15 and 17); NOTE Measuring point 15 should be positioned in accordance with 6.3.4 f). e) seven thermocouples, three on each side of the door and one centrally above the door, each at a distance of (100 o 10) m
20、m from the clear door opening and the wall (see Figure 6, measuring points 18 to 24); f) one thermocouple in the middle of the door surface, at a distance of (100 o 10) mm from the door surface (see Figures 5 and 6, measuring point 15); g) additional thermocouples staggered laterally (100 o 10) mm a
