14、 foreword is not part of American National Standard This standard specifies the composition of plastics used for the manufac- ture of 135-size canister lids, in order to facilitate the recycling of these components when their useful life is over. The standard also notes the conventions for labeling
15、the canister for recycling purposes. NAPM Technical Committee IT1 2, Imaging Materials Recyclability, created a Task Force in mid-1993 to specifically address 135-size canister recycla- bility, and this standard is the result of their work. This standard contains one annex which is for information o
16、nly and is not considered part of this standard. Suggestions for improvement of this standard will be welcome.
