2、quinoxyfen 1.1 The word “quinoxyfen” (pronounced qwi-nox-e-fen) has been accepted as the American National Standard Common Name for the chemical 5,7-dichloro-4-(4-fluorophe= noxy)quinoline. 1.2 Acceptance signifies compliance with American National Standard Common name for a pest control chemical -
3、Procedure for acceptance, ANSI K62.1-1985. 2 Use of common name 2.1 The common name applies to the 100% pure chemical. 2.2 Technical grades and formulations shall indicate the percentage of quinoxyfen pre- sent; for example, quinoxyfen 95%. 2.3 The sponsor) of the common name “quinoxyfen” has agreed

6、nge on or conflict with any existing proprietary name, trademark, or trade name. Approval as an American National Standard Common Name constitutes recognition by the Institute that a consensus exists within Accredited Standards Committee K62, operating under Institute pro- cedures and basing its rec
7、ommendation on data submitted by a sponsor, favoring consid- eration of the use of the name to designate - An American National Standard implies a consensus of those substantially concerned with its scope and provisions. An American National Standard is intended as a guide to aid the manufacturer, t
