4、Standard has been prepared under the direction of the Electronic Components Standards Policy Committee (ECL/-). It is identical with CECC 30701:1989 incorporating Amendment 2:1991 “Harmonized system of quality assessment for electronic components. Blank Detail Specification: Fixed capacitors of cera
5、mic dielectric, class 2” published by the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) Electronic Components Committee (CECC). It is a harmonized specification within the CECC system of quality assessment for electronic components. CECC 30701 was prepared by CECC WG3, “Capacitor
6、s” and the UK participation in the drafting was provided by Subcommittee ECL/4/4, “Capacitors and electromagnetic interference suppression components for electronic equipment”, under the direction of Technical Committee ECL/4 “Capacitors and resistors for electronic equipment”. Scope. This standard
7、lists the ratings, characteristics and inspection requirements which shall be included as mandatory requirements in accordance with BS CECC 30700:1991 in any detail specifications for this type of capacitor which requires inspection procedures at Assessment Level E. The British Standard which implem
8、ents the CECC Rules of Procedure is BS 9000 “General requirements for a system for electronic components of assessed quality” Part 2:1991 “Specification for the national implementation of the CECC system”. Detail specifications. Detail specifications shall comply with the requirements of this Blank
9、Detail Specification and BS CECC 00111 “Rule of Procedure 11” Specifications, Part 4:1991. “Regulations for CECC detail specifications”. 16、Uncontrolled Copy, (c) BSI BS CECC 30701:1993 BSI 02-2000iii Foreword The CENELEC Electronic Components Committee (CECC) is composed of those member countries of the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) who wish to take part in a harmonized System for electronic componen
17、ts of assessed quality. The object of the System is to facilitate international trade by the harmonization of the specifications and quality assessment procedures for electronic components, and by the grant of an internationally recognized Mark, or Certificate of Conformity. The components produced
18、under the System are thereby acceptable in all member countries without further testing. This blank detail specification has been formally approved by the CECC, and has been prepared for those countries taking part in the System who wish to issue national harmonized specifications for FIXED CAPACITO
19、RS OF CERAMIC DIELECTRIC, CLASS 2. It should be read in conjunction with the current regulations for the CECC System. At the date of printing of this specification the member countries of the CECC are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portu
20、gal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Copies of it can be obtained from the addresses shown on the blue fly sheet. Preface This blank detail specification was prepared by CECC Working Group 3: “Capacitors”. The text of this blank detail specification was circulated to the CECC for
21、voting in the document indicated below and was ratified by the President of the CECC for printing as a CECC Specification. Effective Date: This issue 2 of CECC 30701 shall become effective for all new qualification approvals from 15 December 1989. Issue 1 shall remain valid for existing qualificatio
