7、gs (including limiting conditions of use) and characteristics See Table 1. 1.1 Ratio between inside width and height. The standard ratio of inside width to inside height is in principle 8.33 : 1. For some types of waveguides given in this specification this ratio has not been observed because a diff
8、erent value of the ratio was already in extensive use. 1.2 Deviation on inside width and height. Deviations for the inside width and height are in principle 1/1000 of the internal width. 1.3 Theoretical attenuation. The values given in the tables are based on a figure for the resistivity of copper o
9、f 1.7241 108 7m and apply to a frequency equal to 1.5fc. BS 3839, Oxygen-free high-conductivity copper for electronic valves and semi-conductor devices. 4 Ordering information Orders for waveguides covered by this specification shall contain the following information, in accordance with the requirements of 1.1.15 of BS 9220. 1) BS number
14、of this detail specification. 2) Reference code (see 1.1.6.2 of BS 9220). 3) Piece length. 5 Certified test records The CTR, as issued at 6-monthly intervals, will contain attributes information for all subgroup A2 tests. In addition, the CTR will contain measurements information for all Group D tes
15、ts. 6 Test schedule The sample size for the Group D inspection of each class of material shall be one tube, 1 m (3 ft 3 in) long, selected at random from each of the approved ranges of sizes listed below: Ranges of sizes Range 1. F22 to F40 Range 2. F48 to F84 Classes of materials Class 1. Aluminium
16、 or aluminium alloys containing not less than 95 % aluminium. Class 2. Copper-zinc alloys containing between 1 % and 35 % zinc. Class 3. Copper with not more than 1 % of other materials. Class 4.
