4、561-8 at the adoption stage but BSI is obliged to publish it as a British Standard, in accordance with the CEN rules, as the result of the ballot was positive. The members of Technical Committee RAE/1 and Panel RAE/1/-/9 believe that: special attention should be given to the sealing faces and the lo
5、cating recess for the tightening spigot shown in figures 2 and 3 to ensure that worn parts are replaced straight away to prevent leakage of high pressure steam operators emptying the wagon should take special care to avoid injury through contact with the hot surfaces of the heating connection while

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by August 2004, and conflicting national standards shall
19、 be withdrawn at the latest by August 2004. This document has been prepared under a mandate given to CEN by the European Commission and the European Free Trade Association, and supports the objectives of the framework Directives on Transport of Dangerous Goods. This European Standard has been submit
20、ted for reference into the RID and/or in the technical annexes of the ADR.
