It has been developed parti
9、cularly for the benefit of those concerned with the procurement, installation and maintenance of football goals, partly in response to fatal accidents that have happened involving defective equipment (primarily home made or user-modified). Attention is drawn to BS EN 748 and BS 8462 which specify re
10、quirements for both socketed and free-standing goals intended respectively for full-sized fooball and for youth football, futsal, mini-soccer and small-sided football (i.e. five-, six- and seven-a-side football). As a code of practice, this British Standard takes the form of guidance and recommendat
11、ions. It should not be quoted as if it were a specification and particular care should be taken to ensure that claims of compliance are not misleading. It is applicable to goals used for competitions, training and recreational play both outd
14、oors and indoors. It is not applicable to goals sold for casual use as toys. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. 17、ven- or nine-a-side football played by players in the age range 11 to 16 3.2 small-sided football versions of the football played by fewer than eleven players, including five-, six- and seven-a-side football, that are governed by Football Associations Small Sided Football Laws of the Game 3.3 futsal
18、 modified version of five-a-side football, governed by FIFAs Futsal Laws of the Game 3.4 mini-soccer simplified version of the small-sided football played by children, as defined in the Football Associations Laws of Mini-Soccer 3.5 goal frame (see Figure 1) crossbar and uprights which form the goal
19、mouth 3.6 net support attachment fixed to the goal frame for supporting the net, but which does not rest on the ground or support the goal frame 3.7 support frame (see Figure 2) framework comprising the side bars and back bar that supports the goal frame NOTE In most cases, the support frame also su
20、pports the net. 3.8 anchoring system (see Figure 2) system for ensuring that a free-standing goal cannot tip over NOTE This may comprise pegs, anchors, weights, integral weights in support frame or other means. Table 1 shows the size of goal that, at the time of publication of this British Standard, were considered approp
23、riate for different versions of the game.
