4、as been prepared under the direction of the Electrotechnical Sector Board. It is the English language version of EN 116204:1994 Harmonized system of quality assessment for electronic components. 5、ication published by the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) Electronic Components Committee (CECC). EN 116204 was prepared by CECC WG 16, Relays, and the United Kingdom participation in the drafting was provided by Technical Committee ECL/1, General purpose relays and
6、reed contact units. Scope. The standard lists the ratings, characteristics and inspection requirements which shall be included as mandatory requirements in accordance with BS EN 116200 in any detail specification for these devices. The Technical Committee has reviewed the provisions of IEC 68-2-47,
7、to which normative reference is made in the text, and has decided that they are acceptable for use in conjunction with this standard. CENELEC members are bound to comply with CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations which stipulate the conditions for giving this European Standard the status of a national standard without any alteration. 22、LEC Electronic Components Committee (CECC) is composed of those member countries of the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) who wish to take part in a harmonized System for electronic components of assessed quality. The object of the System is to facilitate internationa
23、l trade by the harmonization of the specifications and quality assessment procedures for electronic components, and by the grant of an internationally recognized Mark, or Certificate, of Conformity. The components produced under the System are thereby acceptable in all member countries without furth
24、er testing. This specification was prepared by CECC WG 16 “Relays”. The text of the draft based on document CECC (Secretariat)3094 was submitted to the formal vote; together with the voting report, circulated as document CECC(Secretariat)3241, it was approved by CECC as EN 116204 on 25 October 1992.
