BS EN 2500, Instructions for the drafting and use of metallic material standards Part 1: General requirements1). 3 Technical requirements 3.1 Material to this standard shall comply with the technical requirements specified in Table 1. All material supplied s
13、hall comply with the requirements appropriate to its dimensions and condition as specified in the standards given in line 5 of Table 1. Tolerances shall be as given in Table 2. Tolerances on wall thickness shall not vary from the nominal thickness by more than 10 %. 3.2 Symbols and units in Table 1
14、shall be interpreted in accordance with BS 5555, BS 5775-0 or BS EN 2500-1. 3.3 For the purposes of this standard, a batch is defined as tube of the same outside diameter and wall thickness, manufactured by the same route and heat treated together. 1) In preparation. 21、, cracks or bulges, a test for U 10 s at a pressure P calculated by the following formula: where P is the internal pressure (in bars); t is the minimum wall thickness of tube in (in mm) (2); D is the maximum outside diameter of tube (in mm) (3). 55Deformation test under pressureA sample U 600 mm in
22、length shall, without diametral set exceeding 0.2 % of the mean outside diameter, withstand an internal pressure P calculated by the following formula: where P is the internal pressure (in bars); t is the minimum wall thickness of tube in (in mm) (2); D is the maximum outside diameter of tube (in mm
