This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement,

23、en partners involved in administration, commerce and transport. This Customs Declaration Message (CUSDEC) permits the transfer of data from a declarant to a customs administration for the purpose of meeting legislative and/or operational requirements in respect of the declaration of goods for import
24、, export or transit. The message may also be used, for example: to transmit data from an exporter in one country to an importer in another country; to transmit consignment data from one customs administration to another; to transmit data from a customs authority to other governments agencies and/or
25、interested administrations; to transmit data from a declarant to the appropriate data collection agency on the movement of goods between statistical territories. 2 Normative references This standard incorporates by dated or undated reference, provisions from other publications. CST, Customs status of goods A segment identifying the cust
30、oms procedure and status of the goods relevant to the whole message. LOC, Place/location identification A segment identifying a place or location relevant to the entire message. For example, port of loading, office of entry, etc. DTM, Date/time/period A segment identifying dates, times or periods re

For example, actual date of arrival, elected date of presentation, etc. GIS, General indicator A segment identifying the various indicators required by a customs system. For example, special programs, release certification, duty free eligibility under GSP, etc. FII, Fina
32、ncial institution information A segment identifying an account and a related financial institution relevant to the whole message. MEA, Measurements A segment identifying various measurement factors where these are required for the whole declaration (message). EQD, Equipment details A segment identif

Segment Group 6: NAD-RFF-CTA-COM A group of segments identifying the parties relevant to the whole message, with their related references, contacts, and communication numbers. NAD, Name and address A segment identifyi
41、ng the parties relevant to the entire message. For example importer, ultimate consignee, etc. RFF, Reference A segment identifying references relating to the party specified within the group. For example, a special mailing request number for refunds relating to the customs transaction. CTA, Contact

COM, Communication contact A segment identifying the phone number, fax number or other communications number of the party and (or) contact specified within this group. Segment Gr

TOD, Terms of delivery A segment identifying terms of delivery, relevant to the entire message, in a coded format. LOC, Place/location identification A segment identifying a location related to
