With respect to the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) requirements, attention is drawn to the text of the fourth paragraph of the EN foreword. This recognizes at the present time that, if there is a conflict, existing
4、national regulations take precedence over any requirements set out in this standard. The UK participation in its preparation was entrusted to Technical Committee RHE/2, Ventilation for buildings, heating and hot water services.
