6、rticipation in the drafting was provided by Technical Committee ECL/24 “Semiconductors” In 1992 the CENELEC Electronic Components Committee (CECC) accepted CECC 50015:1992 as European Standard EN 150015:1992. Scope This standard lists the ratings, characteristics and inspection requirements which sh
7、all be included as mandatory requirements in accordance with BS CECC 50000 in any detail specification for these devices. The Technical Committee has reviewed the provisions of CECC 00200 to which reference is made in the text and has decided that it is acceptable for use in conjunction with this st
8、andard. The British Standard which implements the CECC Rules of Procedure is BS 9000 “General requirements for a system for electronic components of assessed quality” Part 2:1991 “Specification for the national implementation of the CECC System”. Detail specifications. Detail specifications shall co
9、mply with the requirements of this Blank Detail Specification and BS CECC 00111 “Rule of Procedure 11. Specifications”. A British Standard does not purport to include all the necessary provisions of a contract. Users of British Standards are responsible for their correct application. Compliance with

20、(CECC) is composed of those member countries of the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) who wish to take part in a harmonized System for electronic components of assessed quality. The object of the System is to facilitate international trade by the harmonization of the
21、specifications and quality assessment procedures for electronic components, and by the grant of an internationally recognized Mark, or Certificate, of Conformity. The components produced under the System are thereby acceptable in all member countries without further testing. This specification has b
22、een formally approved by the CECC, and has been prepared for those countries taking part in the System who wish to issue national harmonized specifications for Unidirectional transient overvoltage suppressor diodes. It should be read in conjunction with the current regulations for the CECC System. C
