In 1993 the E
14、uropean Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) accepted IEC 870-5-1:1990 as European Standard EN 60870-5-1:1993. As a consequence of implementing the European Standard this British Standard is renumbered as BS EN 60870-5-1 and any reference to BS 7404-5.1 should be read as a refere
15、nce to BS EN 60870-5-1. The international standard does not give the up-to-date relation between this Part of the IEC standard and the other published and envisaged Parts and Sections.
