9、0, as follows: 2 Manufacture Unless otherwise agreed between the manufacturer and the purchaser in accordance with BS HR 100 the material shall be manufactured by one of the following processes: 1) induction melted, vacuum refined and cast in air; 2) induction melted, vacuum refined and electro flux
10、 remelted. 3 Chemical composition The alloy shall contain: The chemical composition shall be so controlled as to limit the formation of Sigma phase. The Nv limits shall be agreed between the manufacturer and the purchaser. 4 Condition 4.1 Unless otherwise agreed the material shall be supplied in the
11、 appropriate condition stated below: 5 Heat treatment Unless otherwise agreed between the manufacturer and the purchaser the material shall be heated uniformly at 1 190 10 C for 1 h, furnace cooled at an average rate of 2 C to 3 C per minute down to 1 000 C, followed by cooling in air. The rate of f
12、urnace cooling at any time shall not be slower than 1 C per minute nor faster than 5 C per minute. 6 Mechanical properties Stress rupture test. Stress rupture properties obtained from test pieces selected, prepared and tested in accordance with the relevant requirements of HR 100 shall be as follows
