11、RE_REPORT.indication 1.2.2 Detailed Specification of Primitives. 1.2.2.1 N_INITIALIZE_PROTOCOL.request 1.2.2.1.1 Purpose. The N_INITIALIZE_PROTOCOL.request primitive is invoked by the Layer System Management to reset the Network Layer to a known state. Upon receipt, the Network Layer goes to the pow
12、er-on state (IDLE). The Network Layer immediately responds with an N_INITIALIZE_PROTOCOL.confirm primitive to indicate the results of the request. 1.2.2.1.2 Semantics. The semantics for this service primitive are as follows: N_INITIALIZE_PROTOCOL.request ( ) No parameters are passed to the Network L
13、ayer. 1.2.2.2 N_INITIALIZE_PROTOCOL.confirm 1.2.2.2.1 Purpose. The N_INITIALIZE_PROTOCOL.confirm primitive is invoked by the Network Layer in response to an N_INITIALIZE_PROTOCOL.request to indicate the success or failure of the initialization. 1.2.2.2.2 Semantics. The semantics for this service pri

Failure to return this primitive will be interpreted by Layer System Managem
