The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested t
13、o submit their comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard. CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS available promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is

21、, (c) BSI 4 1 Scope This Technical Specification specifies a method for the assessment of the abrasion resistance of foil, laminate and melanine faced boards, and clear of pigmented lacquers. It does not apply to finishes on leather and fabrics. It does not apply to writing boards, covered by EN 144
22、34. The test is intended to be carried out on finished furniture, but can be carried out on test panels of the same material, finished in an identical manner to the finished product, and on a size sufficient to meet the requirements of the test. It is essential that the test be carried out on unused
