3、e for Standards from 01.07.83 Failure to comply with this Standard will result in legal proceedings This Standard applies to single-layer ferrules, flat and convex bottoms of steel forged and forged-welded vessels complying with the requirements of GOST 11879-81, and also of single-layer vessels and
4、 apparatus, made from steel rolled sheets, used in chemical and oil refining industries and operating in conditions of static loads under effect of internal pressure over 10 Pa (100 kgs/cm2) to 100 Pa (1000 kgs/cm2), and establishes the norms and methods of strength calculation. The requirements of
5、this Standard are valid on conditions that the maximum design temperature does not exceed the values, at which the long-term strength D105 or mean 1 % creep strength 1%105, multiplied by 1.5, is equal to yield strength. This Standard fully complies with CMEA Standard 3027-81. 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1
6、.1. The design temperature shall be in accordance with GOST 14249-80. 1.2. The working and design pressure shall be in accordance with GOST 14249-80. The test pressure shall be in accordance with GOST 11879-81. 1.3. The calculation of components strength for test pressure shall be carried out by sub
7、stituting the test pressure value instead of design pressure P in design formulas. The yield strength safety factor for test pressure shall be taken in accordance with clause 1.5. Conventional designations of parameters shall be in accordance with reference Appendix 2. 1.4. When ca
9、lculating a vessel or apparatus for ultimate strength, the allowable stress for carbon, low-alloy and intermediate-alloy steel shall be calculated using the formula = M M Y 2 . 0Y ; o min n n r , (1) In the absence of maximum load point value (ultimate strength) at design temperature, it is allowed
10、to take the maximum load point value (ultimate strength) at a temperature of 20 for steels with 75. 0 M Y (where Y and M are relatively the yield strength and maximum load point at a temperature of 20). 1.5. The strength safety factors shall correspond to those specified in the table. Strength safet

When calculating strength for vessels and apparatus elements having welded joints, it is necessary to apply in design formulas factor , which considers strength retrogression of a weld in comparison with that of p
12、arent metal. Factor shall be accepted equal to 1 for the vessels complying with the requirements of GOST 11879-81. For vessels and apparatus made from steel rolled sheets with longitudinal weld the values of factor shall comply with GOST 14249-80. 1.7. The value of addition C to design thickness of
13、the vessel or apparatus structural elements shall comply with GOST 14249-80. 1.8. The necessity of testing the cylindrical single-layer ferrules and bottoms for fatigue strength shall be defined in accordance with GOST 14249-80. -,-,- GOST 25215-82 3 2. STRENGTH CALCULATION FOR CYLINDRICAL SINGLE-LA
14、YER FERRULES 2.1. The calculation is applicable for cylindrical ferrules on condition . 4 . 0 D CS 2.2. STRENGTH CALCULATION FOR FLAT BOTTOMS 3.1. Design models of flat bottoms are adduced in figures 1 to 3. The figures d
16、o not define the design of flat bottoms and are given to specify the design dimensions.
