3、 constructions of usual or northern modification. 1. GRADES AND RANGE OF ROLLED PRODUCTS 1.1. Rolled products shall be manufactured from steel of the following grades: 16, 15XCH, or 10XCH. 1.2. The following three categories of rolled products from steel of grades 15XCH or 10XCH, shall be manufactur
4、ed depending on type of thermal treatment: Category 1: without thermal treatment; Category 2: in normalized condition; Category 3: in thermally improved condition after hardening and high-temperature tempering. Shaped rolled products of categories 2 and 3 shall be manufactured by agreement between t
5、he manufacturer and the customer. In the order, the category shall be specified after the name of grade. For example: 15XCH- 3. If it is not specified, then rolled products of category 1 shall be manufactured. Category 1 shall not be specified in the denotation of grade of rolled products. 1.3. Form
6、 of section, dimensions and the limiting deviations of rolled products shall meet the requirements of GOST 19903, GOST 82, GOST 8509, GOST 8510, GOST 8240, GOST 8239 and GOST 103. Deviations from flatness shall meet the requirements of GOST 19903 for sheets of high flatness (ITB), edging curvature o
7、f a bar (strip) shall meet GOST 82 for class A, curvature of angles shall meet GOST 8509 and GOST 8510 and shall be of no more than 0.2 % of length. By agreement between the manufacturer and the customer, curvature of angles of no more than 0.4 % of length is allowed. E x a m p l e s o f d e n o t a

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
11、 2.1. Rolled products shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this Standard and from production schedule approved in accordance with the established procedure. 2.2. It is allowed to use other deoxidizers, provided that all requirements of this Standard are observed. 2. Rolled products from steel of grad
14、e 16 shall be analyzed for chromium and nickel, and all grades of rolled products shall be analyzed for arsenic and nitrogen on demand of the customer. 3. In rolled products of bridge constructions of northern modification, the mass fraction of sulfur shall not be of more than 0.030 %; that of phosp
15、horus shall not be of more than 0.025 %; this requirement shall be specified in the order. By agreement between the manufacturer and the customer, it is allowed to manufacture steel of electroslag remelting; here, character III separated with a dash shall be added to the grade denotation of steel. 4
16、. In the ready rolled products from steel of grade 15XCH, of category 3, the mass fraction of carbon shall be of no more than 0.18 %. In steel of grade 15XCH, of category 3, the lower limit of mass fraction of carbon shall not be the rejection characteristic, if mechanical characteristics are satisf
17、actory. 5. In rolled products from steel of grade 10XCH, of category 3, the mass fraction of silicon shall be from 0.70 to 1.00 %. 6. In rolled products from steel of grade 16 with the mass fraction of carbon from 0.10 to 0.12 %, an increased mass fraction of manganese of up to 0.80 % is allowed. 2.
18、2.2. The mass fraction of nitrogen in steel shall not exceed 0.008 %; that of arsenic shall not exceed 0.08 %. The mass fraction of nitrogen in the ready rolled products of up to 0.012 % is allowed. 2.2.3. In the ready rolled products, deviations of mass fraction of elements from values given in tab
19、le 1 are allowed, provided that mechanical characteristics are ensured and other requirements of this Standard are observed. The allowable limiting deviations are given in table 2. 2.2.4. Rolled products shall be manufactured with guarantees of weldability. Weldability of steels shall be ensured by

For rolled products with thickness of more than specified in table 3 and 4, the norms of mechanical characteristics shall be established by agreement
