3、eedings This Standard applies to power electric-furnace transformers and autotransformers (hereinafter referred to as “transformers”), transformer sets (hereinafter referred to as “sets”), working from an alternating-current power mains with voltage up to 220 kW inclusive of frequency 50 or 60 Hz, i
4、ntended for the power supply of electric furnaces. The climatic modification in accordance with GOST 15150-69 from those specified in GOST 15543-70 shall be set in the standards and specifications for the specific types of transformers and sets. This Standard establishes the requirements for transfo
5、rmers and sets intended for the needs of the domestic economy and for export. This Standard fully complies with IEC Publication 76-1 (1976). 1. CLASSIFICATION 1.1. Depending on design modification, the transformers and sets shall be classified according to table 1. Official EditionReprinting is proh

Classification of types of cooling for transformers and sets and their conventional designations shall meet Section 2 of GOST 11677-75. 1.3. The following structure of a c
8、onventional designation of oil transformers and sets shall be as follows. Type of climatic modification in accordance with GOST 15150-69 Two last digits - year of issue of working drawings Class of voltage in kilovolts in accordance with GOST 1516.1-76 Standard power in kilovolt-amperes The purpose
9、- for steel-making furnaces, - for induction electrothermic plants, etc. (specified only for transformers and sets) Complete (specified only for sets) Conventional designation of the way of voltage adjustment according to table 1. The structure of the conventional designation of dry transfor
11、mers shall be specified in the standards or specifications for the particular types of transformers. 2. KEY PARAMETERS 2.1. The values of rated powers and allowable overloads of transformers and sets with an indication of the time of their operation shall meet GOST 7207-79, GOST 9680-77, and the sta
12、ndards or specifications for the specific types of transformers and sets. 2.2. Depending on the position of the indicator of the switching device or on the designation on the handle (for switching devices with RWE) the rated powers, currents and voltages of transformers and sets shall meet the stand
13、ards or specifications for the particular types of transformers and sets. 2.3. The rated frequency of a power mains shall be equal to 50 or 60 Hz. 2.4. The transformers and sets shall allow the long-term operation at voltage exceeding the rated one, and the value of excess of voltage shall be provid
14、ed in the standards or specifications for the particular types of transformers and sets. 2.5. For transformers and assemblies that allow the connection of a series-compensated installation of reactive power (SCI), connection diagrams and the requirements for transformers, sets and SCI shall be provi
15、ded in the standards or specifications for the specific types of transformers and sets. 2.6. The short-circuit voltages and losses under high voltage of a low-voltage (LV) winding shall be specified in the standards or specifications for the particular types of transformers or sets, and those under
16、a low or high voltage of an LV winding shall be specified in the standards or specifications for regulating autotransformers. 2.7. The mass and overall dimensions of transformers and sets shall be established in the standards or specifications for the specific types of transformers and sets. 3. TECH
17、NICAL REQUIREMENTS 3.1. The transformers and sets shall be produced according to the requirements of this Standard, standards or specifications for the particular types of transformers and sets on working drawings approved in accordance with the established procedure. -,-,- p. 4 GOST 20247-81 3.2. 18、esign requirements 3.2.1. The arrangement and marking of high-voltage (HV) bushings of oil transformers and sets, high-voltage terminals of dry transformers and low-voltage bushings shall be specified in the standards or specifications for the particular types of transformers and sets. 3.2.2. The tr
19、ansformers and sets intended for operation with a series-compensated installation (SCI) shall have bushings of a medium-voltage winding for connection of SCI between them. The arrangement and designation of bushings shall be specified in the standards or specifications for the particular types of tr
20、ansformers and sets. 3.2.3. The transformers and sets with rated power from 12 500 kW A and higher shall be equipped with built-in transformers of the current in a circuit with a current proportional to the load current. The exception shall be transformers with adjustment of voltage in a primary win
21、ding that have circuits with a current proportional to the load current. Such transformers shall be equipped with a device for the measurement of the load currents. 3.2.4. The protection of oil, surfaces of transformers and the cooling system shall meet the requirements of Section 12 of GOST 11677-7
22、5. 3.2.5. The tanks of transformers and sets having power equal to 12 500 kW A and higher with adjustment of voltage under the load may have a separate compartment for a switching device with an oil system independent from the oil system of the transformer tank, and shall comply with GOST 11677-75.
23、3.2.6. The requirements regarding external coloring of transformers, lifting and motion devices, fittings, instruments for monitoring the level and temperature of the oil, protection devices, devices for grounding, and for ensuring stability during transportation of transformers and sets, shall meet
24、 GOST 11677-75. 3.2.7. The requirements for the cooling system shall be provided in the standards or specifications for the particular types of transformers. 3.2.8. If low-voltage (LV) bushings are made as tubular, water-cooled ones, then the cooling of a short circuit and tubular LV bushings may be
