2、 Description. This specification covers the properties of a 2500 MPa nominal flexural modulus polyolefin alloy, high flow, pellet form, injection molding compound. For the purpose of this specification, polyolefin alloy is defined as an alloy of polypropylene plastic and EP or EPDM rubber. 1.2 Symbo
3、ls. The material abbreviation according to ISO 11469 is E/P. 1.3 Typical Applications. 5、or shall be specified on drawings, in material specifications and otherwise. 3.1 Requirements on Test Specimens. Unless otherwise specified, test specimens shall be injection molded according to ISO 294. Test shall be conducted 40 h minimum after molding and immediately following a conditioning peri
6、od of 24 hours minimum at conditions per GMW3221, code A. All tests shall be performed on unannealed specimens. Tests shall be conducted using the latest issue of the test methods indicated. Suitable precautions should be taken to ensure that applicable safe limits are not exceeded when conducting t
7、est procedures, processes, and/or handling the materials required by this specification. 3.2 Requirements on Parts. 3.2.1 Compound Properties. See Table 1. 3.2.2 Compound Properties. 19、xposures. In case of conflict between accelerated and natural weathering, natural weathering takes precedent. Prior to making measurements and observations on weathered specimens, wash the specimens with a solution consisting of 2 g No 7 Car Wash Concentrate (distributed by Armor All Products, Aliso
20、 Viejo, CA 92656) and 1 L deionized water 22 3C. Use a soft sponge saturated with the solution and scrub the samples with a firm action. Note 2: In case of conflict between accelerated weathering and natural weathering, natural weathering results take precedence. 6 Approved Sources Engineering quali
21、fications of an approved source is required for this specification.
