4、lies to tapes made from polyvinylchloride (PVC) plastic and designed for protection and additional insulation of wires and cables. The temperature range of operation of tapes in the static state shall be -60 to +70C. Indicators of the engineering performance standard established by this Standard sha
5、ll be stipulated for the highest category of quality. 1. GRADES AND DIMENSIONS 1.1. Depending on the properties of the plastic intended for manufacture of tapes, the following grades of tapes shall be established: -40 PVC plastic tapes of 230/1 and 251/1 compounding, with brittle temperature of - 40
6、C for work in temperate climatic regions (GOST 16350-80); -40 PVC plastic tape of 230 compounding, with brittle temperature of -40C, for operation in temperate and hot dry climatic regions (GOST 16350-80 and GOST 20582-86). 10、 Note. By agreement with the customer it is allowed to manufacture tapes of other dimensions. The radius of the chamfering shall be no more than half the thickness of the tape. 1.1-1.2. 11、ion of the tape shall be specified in the order and technical documentation, including: grade, compounding, nominal width, thickness, color and number of this Standard. The codes of OKP (All-Union Product Classification Code) for each grade of tape according to the All-Union classification system of industrial and agricultural products shall be specified in the obligatory Ap
14、pendix 1a. (Subsequently inserted, Amendment No. 3) 2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 2.1. Tapes shall have a smooth surface, without pores, cracks and foreign impurities. Minute punctuated impurities, slight ripples and streaks caused by the method of manufacture are allowed. 2.2. Tapes shall be produced u
15、npainted or painted in the following colors for the grades: -40, -40 - white, gray, black, brown, red, pink, orange, yellow, green, blue, light blue, violet; -50 - black. The color of the tape shall be specified on the order. 2.3. Tape of grade -40 shall be produced from polyvinylchloride (PVC) plas
16、tic of grades 40-13 and 40-13 in accordance with GOST 5960-72. Tapes of grade -40 shall be produced from plastic of compounding 230T. Tapes of grade -50 shall be produced from plastic of compounding 355. The properties of plastic of compounding 230 and 355 shall be specified in Appendix 1. (Amended
17、wording, Amendment No. 3). 2.4. With respect to electrical indicators, tapes shall conform to the norms specified in Table2. 20、. 2.2-2.4. (Amended wording, Amendment No. 2). 2.5. Polyvinylchloride (PVC) plastic tapes shall be manufactured according to the requirements of this Standard according to the production schedule approved in accordance with the established procedure. 21、PTANCE PROCEDURES 3.1. Tapes shall be delivered in batches. The number of tapes having one grade, one color and accompanied by one quality certificate simultaneously presented for acceptance shall be considered a batch. The mass of a batch of tapes shall be no more than 1 000 kg. The quality certifi
22、cate shall include: the name of the manufacturing plant and its trademark; the name of production and its symbolic notation; the date of manufacture; the number of the batch and amount of units of production; the net mass; the results concerning the quality of tapes according to tests carried out or
23、 confirmation of conformity of tape quality to the requirements of this Standard. (Amended wording, Amendment No. 3). 3.2. All tapes included in a batch shall be subjected to inspection of appearance and dimensions. 3.3. The tests according to indicators of Table 2 shall be conducted periodically, b
24、ut at least once per quarter, and also whenever there is a change in the technological process or replacement of the raw material. For this purpose, 3% of units of production, but no less than three units, shall be selected. 3.4. If the results of the tests are unsatisfactory even against one of the
