Technological level indicators set forth by this Standard, comply with the requirements of premium quali

6、 1. If agreed between the manufacturer and the customer the production of tubes with the dimensions unspecified in table 1 is allowed. 2. The tube wall thickness combines the thickness of steel and copper layers. 3. The sign “+” means that the tubes with the given dimensions are produced, the sign “
7、-” means that the tubes are not available from the production. 1.2. The following tubes shall be manufactured: out-of-tolerance tubes - with a length from 3 to 9 m. By agreement between the manufacturer and the customer no more than 20% of tubes less than 3m but no more than 1.5m long are acceptable
8、 in each out-of-tolerance tubes batch; Gage tubes with the length of no more than 7 m or multiple to gage tube length. 1.1, 1.2. (Amended Wording, Amendment No. 2). 1.3. Maximum deviations in length of gage tubes and multiple thereto shall not exceed 10 mm. For tubes, multiple to gage ones, there is
9、 5 mm tolerance specified for each cut. 1.4. Maximum deviations in tube external diameter shall not exceed the specified in table 2. Tubes ovality and wall differences shall not make the tubes dimensions exc
14、eed their maximum deviations in the diameter and wall thickness respectively. 1.8. The curvature of any segment for a 1m tube shall not exceed 1.5 mm. 2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 2.1. The tubes shall be fabricated to suit the requirements of this Standard. 2.2. The tubes shall be composed of outer ste

16、-,- p. 4 GOST 22786-77 The internal layer shall be fabricated from Grade M3p copper with chemical composition as in accordance with GOST 859-78. 2.4. The tubes shall be heat treated. The mechanical properties of tubes depending on a steel grade of an outer layer shall refer to the following indicate

The tubes shall withstand design hydraulic pressure P in MPa
18、(kgf/mm2), which values are calculated with GOST formula 3845-75 for bimetallic tubes, where the allowable stress equals: For the internal copper layer - 54 MPa (5.5 kgf/mm2); For the outer layer from Grade10 steel -141 MPa (14.4kgf/mm2), from Grade20 steel -165 MPa (16.8 kgf/mm2,/#IURP#*UDGH#45OG6:
19、#VWHHO#05:7#MPa (28 kgf/mm2). 2.6. Tube ends shall be squared and deburred. 2.7. The tubes shall have no flaws, scabs, cracks, tears, laps, deep handling marks and scratch marks, oxide scales and pickling rash. It is allowed to improve tube surface defects by any way, except for patching or calking,
20、 if the diameter and wall thickness are within negative deviation limits. 2.8. External and internal tube surfaces are allowed to have oxides easily removed by a sand papers and which do not hinder the inspection, small flat handling marks, scratch marks, hairlines, roughness, inner riffles due to p
21、roduction techniques provided that these defects do not place diameter and wall thickness values out of maximum deviation limits. Some heating color is accepted on the internal surface. External surface is allowed to have copper film. 2.9. The tubes are allowed to be pickled, immunized, sand blasted
22、 and abraded. 2.10. Delamination of internal and external layers is accepted if its extent shall not exceed 20% of the external diameter values along perimeter, 8 of mm - along length. 23、ll not exceed 8 mm. 3. ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE 3.1. Tubes are accepted in batches. Each batch shall consist of tubes of same diameter and wall thickness and of same steel founding and shall be accompanied by one quality certificate inclusive: description and trade mark or manufactures trade mark; batch
24、 number; steel and copper grades (as according to the quality certificate from semi-finished product manufacturer); batch quantity; tube dimensions (external diameter, wall thickness and length); results of tests; number of this Standard. The number of tubes in a batch shall be no more than 250 piec
