3、dings This Standard applies to extruded profiles made of aluminum and aluminum alloys designed for the needs of the national economy and for export. (Amended Wording, Amendment No. 2). 1. CLASSIFICATION 1.1. The profiles are subdivided by: type: continuous profiles with cross-sectional area up to 20
4、0 cm2 and circumcircle diameter up to 350 mm: hollow profiles with cross-sectional area up to 60 cm2 and circumcircle diameter up to 250 mm; material state: without heat processing (hot-extruded) are designated by aluminum or aluminum alloy grade without additional signs; annealed - ; hardened and n

9、file number or code, for example: 440361 ( 0018). 1.2. The profile number or code, length, purpose, material state and strength shall be specified in the order. If there are no requirements for the profile purpose, the profiles shall be manufactured as the general purpose ones. (Amended Wording, Ame
10、ndment No. 2). 2. ASSORTMENT 2.1. The profile shape, dimensions, cross-sectional area, circumcircle diameter and theoretical mass per 1 m of length shall be in accordance with GOST 13616-78, GOST 13617-82, GOST 13618-81, GOST 13619-81, GOST 13620-81, GOST 13621-79, GOST 13622-79, GOST 13623-80, GOST
11、 13624-80, GOST 13737-80, GOST 13738-80. GOST 17575-81, GOST 17576-81 and also in accordance with the drawings agreed between the customer and the manufacturer. N o t e . A drawing for the profiles subject to machining shall specify the outline (outlines) of the final component with the indication o
12、f final dimensions and with affixment of the final component outline to the profile outline. (Amended Wording, Amendment Nos. 1 and 2). 2.2. Maximum deviations for the flange thickness S and other cross-sectional dimensions a (figures 1 to 3) and (figures 4 to 5), covering the profile solid metal, s
13、hall correspond to the following values: for the profiles made of aluminum and aluminum alloys, except for alloy grades 5 and 6, - to the values specified in Table 1; for the profiles made of aluminum alloys of grades 5 and 6, - to the values specified in Table 2 or in the drawings. 8617-81 3 2.3. 14、aximum thickness deviations for the walls (S1), forming the hollow spaces (figures 4 and 5), shall correspond to the values specified in Tables 1 or 2 with a factor 1.5 or in the drawings. 21、he profiles, subjected to machining by the customer, taking into account the machining allowance which shall be specified in the drawings, may be increased no more than 2.5 times. (Subsequently Inserted, Amendment, No. 2). Clauses 2.4 and 2.5. (Removed, Amendment No. 1). 2.6. Maximum deviations for
22、dimension b between the free ends of the cross- sectional elements of profiles, whose characteristic shapes are specified in figures 10 to 13, shall be established as the sum of maximum deviation of the nominal size, taken from Tables 1 or 2, and maximum deviation of the profile flange slope equal t

The values of angle rounding radiuses, if they are not specified in the drawings, shall be as follows: no more than 0.5 mm for the flange and wall thickness up to 3 mm inclusive; 0.6
24、 mm over 3 to 6 mm inclusive; 0.8 mm 6 10 mm ; 1.0 mm 10 18 mm ; 1.2 mm 18 30 mm ; 1.6 mm 30 50 mm ; 2.0 mm 50 mm. Permissible rounding radius in the junction places of the flanges and walls with a different thickness shall be determined by the greater thickness. 2.6 and 2.7. (Amended Wording, Amend
25、ment No. 1). 2.7.1. Maximum dimensional deviations for cylindrical or radius surfaces, if they are not specified in the drawings, shall not exceed 10 % of the radius value, but shall be no less than 0.5 mm. 2.7.2. Permissible values of sharp edges blunting shall be as follows: up to 0.3 mm for the f
26、lange or wall thickness up to 3 mm inclusive; 0.5 mm over 3 to 15 mm inclusive; 1.0 mm over 15 mm 2.7.3. The radiuses of angles rounding and sharp edges blunting up to 1.0 mm shall be provided by the manufacturing technique. 2.7.1 to 2.7.3. (Amended Wording, Amendment No. 2). 2.8. The angle of twist
27、ing around the longitudinal axis per 1 m of length of any profile site shall not exceed: 3 - for the base surface width up to 50 mm; 2 - for the base surface width over 50 to 200 mm; 1 - for the base surface width over 200 to 350 mm. 2.8.1. Within the framework of contractual-legal relations the pro
28、file twisting shall not exceed the values specified in Table 3a. Maximum deviations for cross-section angular dimensions shall correspond to those specified in Table 4, if the angle has no maximum deviations, limiting its dimensions. Smooth longitudinal straightness deviation in relation to any plane at any site of 1 m long, except for the profiles having bulbs or even one wedge-shaped element, shall not exceed: 4 mm for the profi
31、les with a flange or wall thickness over 4 to 10 mm inclusive; 3 mm for the profiles with a flange or wall thickness over 10 mm. For the profiles having bulbs or even one wedge-shaped element, with a flange thickness over 4 mm the straightness deviation in relation to any plane on any profile site o
32、f 1 m long shall not exceed 4 mm. At the customers request the straightness deviation of the profiles with a flange and wall thickness over 4 to 10 mm shall not exceed 3 mm. 2.11. For the profiles with a flange thickness up to 4 mm inclusive, including the profiles having a bulb or even one wedge-sh
33、aped element, may have a longitudinal straightness deviation per 1 m of length removable by an effort of no more than 50 N (5 kgf) applied to the profile installed on a flat plate. 2.12. The total permissible profile twisting and longitudinal straightness deviation shall not exceed the product of tw
34、isting and permissible straightness deviation per 1 m of length and the profile length in meters. 2.10 to 2.12. (Amended Wording, Amendment No. 1). 2.13. A smooth waviness with a wave height of no more than 1 mm is allowed on the profiles. For the profiles having a bulb or even one wedge-shaped elem
35、ent a smooth waviness with a wave height of no more than 2 mm is allowed. The number of such wavy sites shall not exceed one per 1 m of the profile length. The waviness with the wave height up to 0.2 mm is not limited. 8617-81 9 2.14. Smooth transversal planeness deviation (camber and concavity) of
36、the profiles, whose characteristic cross-sectional shapes are specified in figures 14 to 18, shall not exceed the following values: 1 % of a flange width - for continuous profiles; 2 % of a flange width or wall width - for hollow profiles, but no less than 0.3 mm. At the customers request the cross-

The profiles shall be manufactured in the following length: from 1 to 6 m - for the profile cross-sectional area u
38、p to 0.8 cm2; from 1 to 8 m - for the profile cross-sectional area over 0.8 to 1.5 cm2; from 1 to 10 m - for the profile cross-sectional area over 1.5 to 200 cm2. The profiles with a cross-sectional area up to 1.5 cm2 made of aluminum and aluminum alloys of grades and shall be manufactured up to 3 m
39、 long. 2.16.1. The profiles shall be manufactured of sized, unsized or multiple sized lengths within the dimensions specified in Clause 2.16. 2.16.2. The profiles of multiple sized lengths shall be manufactured in view of 5 mm allowance for every cut. (Amended Wording, Amendment No. 1). 8617-81 10 2

The maximum length deviations for the profiles of sized and multiple sized lengths up to 6 m shall not exceed the following values: +10 mm - for the profiles with a circumcircle diameter up to 150 mm inclusive; +15 mm - for the profiles with a circumcircle diameter over 150 mm. The maximum leng
41、th deviations for the profiles of sized and multiple sized lengths over 6 m shall not exceed +20 mm. (Amended Wording, Amendment No. 1). 2.18. The profiles shall be cut off at a right angle. The cut bevel shall not exceed 3 and shall not bring the profiles beyond the acceptance length limits. 2.19.
42、The maximum dimensional deviations of individual profile elements, not stipulated by this Standard, including the maximum deviations of the hollow dimensions, shall be specified, if necessary, in the drawings agreed between the customer and the manufacturer. 2.20. The maximum cross-sectional deviati
43、ons, the twisting angles and the straightness deviations of the profiles with pronounced non-uniform cross-section or the profiles with a flange thickness ratio over 4 : 1 shall be specified in the drawings agreed between the customer and the manufacturer. Examples of conventional designations A pro
